I really love my water filter. It was so much hassle having to buy bottled water all the time as I don't drive so every time I go shopping I have to pay for taxis and having the guilt of plastic waste, also the taste is so much better. I know it's a bit of an expense but it really has solved all of my water problems at home

I received my filters very quickly after having them ordered

You send the filters to the wrong address. I moved, changed my address, but the filters were send to my old house.

I have called 3 times and was promised to be called back but it never happened. I just wanted to add one more product to the same delivery.

I bought a big berkey from America about 5 years ago but unfortunately they don't ship to the UK anymore, my home was destroyed in a fire nearly 3 weeks ago and I desperately wanted to replace it as I cannot stand tap or bottled water. My sister found a UK company so I was straight on it! Much cheaper to my great satisfaction.. the service was quick to deliver and well packaged.. im definitely giving this a big 5 out of 5 and will continue to use the company for more orders! Horrible company. Impossible to reach someone in the US, you have to email them in England , waiting forever for a response. The US number where I bought filter in 2019 no longer responds, and impossible to find someone who knows the replacement filter model for the Regent II Commercial filtration. I would stay away, and buy a filtration system made in the US.

Delivered quickly, works perfectly in my Berkey container, and although first couple of run throughs were very slow, after that the water flowed nicely.

Excellent product. A simple concept very well made.
I researched these filters quite extensively and the independent filter certification unique to Doulton is vital. If you get a cheaper knock off product your water may not be filtered at all and in tests some have actually been shown to add toxins to your water.
You would be wise to pay the extra 50 quid and get the real thing.
