Purchased as a birthday gift and my grandaughter was thrilled. Will definitely be ordering again very soon and for Christmas gifts.

The website was very easy to navigate. I chose a box of 6 cookie pie flavours and although a lot of them were already sold out I was able to find enough suitable flavours as a gift. I ordered the box to be delivered 8 days before the required date but unfortunately they arrived 2 days later. I thought the price was very reasonable and the bakes were delicious!

They were amazing so moist and tasty went down a treat

Bad system for delivery. No point choosing a date. Cannot buy for a special occasion as you won't get a delivery when you need it.

Dough Girl makes such a lovely and different gift for someone. It’s a really nice idea when you’re looking for something a little more special than the usual presents, and it’s great for birthdays, Christmas or just as a surprise to let someone know you’re thinking of them.

Really pleased with it and I would happily buy from Dough Girl again for gifts in the future. 🎁💕

Ordered on the 8/8/26 which was 10 days in advance as i needed for the 18/8/26 for my daughters birthday. Never arrived 16 emails back and forth later. They refunded the money and said the cakes were returning to them. What they should of done is refunded the money and let the cakes be delivered as a goodwill gesture as they ruined the birthday day. Which actually tells me your company does not care at all about their customers. Also comments on social media also say how their orders never turned up for special occasions.
After the first few emails you should of delivered my cakes free of charge as a good will gesture but no it took 16 emails then just refunded me you really couldn't care less how my daughter felt with no delivery for her birthday. My point is you should of made that judgement call yourself

Dry and all the same. Bought 6 different brownies but they were all the same just the toppings are changed. Same for the cookies.

The filling was too sweet and indulgent and no one in my house touched it and would have opted for the cookies instead of the pies

I got 6 cookie pies and 3 cookies, everyone in our house loved them, will definitely be ordering more, also super fast delivery, definitely a 5 star ⭐️ from us

Everything was pre packaged which i was not expecting. It says on the website that everything is made fresh. But when you look at the ingredients it has a lot of preservatives and other ingredients you just wouldn't find in a freshly made item. It tasted okayish but after a few bites it just got nasty and sickly.

Unfortunately I wasn't happy as when my cookie dough pieces arrived the toppings had come away, making them look not very appetising, so was unable to serve
I complained but the company were not very helpful.
I will not order again.
