My only suggestion would be I wish you used cadburys chocolate more instead of Nutella on lots of things as I don’t like Nutella. Lots of things I want to try all are ‘with Nutella’ or some nut taste.
And biscoff in the biscoff cookie instead of chocolate would be even better

Bought the mini egg NYC cookies and the Easter selection for my nephew and his family for Easter…..needless to say they didn’t go hungry over the bank holiday weekend and he LOVED them 👌❤️ his mum warmed one of the mini egg cookies up and lets just say it really didn’t disappoint 🤤😍❤️

Brought 4 donuts to try. They all looked amazing but we're actually tasteless. I thought for example if I had a lotus donut, then the cream inside would taste like caramel but tasted of nothing. I also brought mini eggs, creme egg and oreo but all tatsed the same only the appearance was different. Maybe add flavouring to creme inside the donuts?

l have just today
(27 Feb )purchased some doughnuts and cakes from the Batchd store in the Trafford Centre Manchester and I cannot express enough how delicious they were. I was really surprised to taste how light and creamy and so much choice. They must be the best out there. The gentleman who served me was so helpful and very friendly. This apart from the quality of the cakes made the purchase even more delightful. I cannot wait to purchase more. Thank you for bringing them to Manchester.

Batched Meadowhall has the best matcha in the whole of meadowhall ! They take their time making it and whisk the matcha by hand the traditional way ! Literally get one everyday.

Red velvet NY cookies 🤤 i ordered these after they weren't available at the metrocentre stall for weeks and weeks. They were individually packaged and placed in a box. They came on time, on my selected delivery day, and none were damaged. They were very fresh and didn't last two minutes. Delivered the Wednesday gone by Friday 🤣 will definitely be ordering again, maybe a bigger box next time.

Bought some cakes and a doughnut at metrocentre, honestly its worst cakes iv had and doughnut, they were tasteless. Not for me and now I know for next time.

Delicious bakes and great service
I’ve ordered twice now as gifts for friends and each time had fantastic feedback on the bakes! The customer service is top notch. Both times I’ve ordered, I’ve made a small mistake and so sent an email asking for help. Got a prompt response and my error was corrected before sending. Would recommend and I’ll definitely order again.
