I originally purchased 3 products from this brand at a Walmart. I got Ambery Saffron, Floral Marshmallow and Aromatic Pineapple... all I can say is WOW! I am VERY happy with the scents, longevity and wear of these products! So naturally I went online and joined the membership plan cuz well... who doesn't need a reason to buy a perfume a month right?! I also ordered Aquatic Lime for my husband and wow
.. I face planted into his chest and was like "aight' ill be right here if you need me" haha legit good!! Also, I ordered Gourmond Patchouli which to be honest I was VERY skeptical of because well... my dad's old friend wore pure Patchouli oil and ran anyone out of anywhere he walked into haha but this is NOT that way! Its lovely!!
Being as I LOVE perfume I also ordered Aromatic Star Anise and it does NOT disappoint!
So there was a bit of a shipping issue with my Aromatic Watermelon. I opened the box so excited and the bottle had leaked during shipping (not Dossier fault) so I sent a picture and video to the help email and less than 14 hours later (it was evening when I opened them) I had a new one enroute to me!! Best customer service ive seen!! Absolutely amazing all across the board. I WILL have all of the scents one day lol I advise you find something you like and order it!! You will not be disappointed with the product, price or customer service!

I've been purchasing from Dossier for 6+ years! Every year at X-Mas I buy 6-10 Fragrances for me & the family, and absolutely love the Dossier+ monthly subscription! I've bought over 40 bottles of Dossier and haven’t had to send one bottle back! My favorites involve "Fiery Leather & Rhubarb", "Ambery Cherry", "Yellow Daze", and "Woody Tobacco", with many more greats I'm not mentioning!

I've ordered from Dossier a couple of times. They always have quick delivery and their costumer service is great. They often have great scents are good prices. It's nice to get stuff that smells like the expensive name brand stuff for a fraction of the price. Some of the scents have been a hit and some of have been a miss but for the price I'm will to take that chance.

Unfortunately I did not receive my full order because some of the items were out of stock but dossier team reach out to me through a sincere email apologizing for the delay on my order. They made it very easy for me to get my refund back for the items that were unavailable. They were very quick to respond to the emails and were very kind. Overall I am very pleased with how they handled the situation, very professional. Thank you!

i HAD A ISSUE WITH MY ACCOUNT.It was my fault and I was so frustrated. i TRIED THE ROBOTS MY ACCOUNT WOULD NOT OPEN. Cristian reached out from customer service and suggested all kinds of stuff. I placed Order number #4094262 more than 2 weeks ago, and unfortunately, I have not received the product. I also contacted customer support 5 times and have not received any response.
This lack of communication is disappointing. I expected better transparency and service.
I would appreciate an immediate update regarding my order status and a clear resolution - either delivery confirmation with tracking details or a refund.
I hope this can be resolved promptly.

I was excited to placed my first order and I kinda messed up with my phone number (I wrote my old one instead of the new ones) I was so happy to see that I promptly received a reply from them! With that kind of customer service, it tells so much already with how they do business.
I still have not received my order but I know I am gonna get premium scents in a few days. So happy that my friend recommended Dossier!
