Best customer service ever!

I’ve purchased upwards of 30 fragrances from dossier and have never been let down. I’ve received one fragrance that leaked and they immediately replaced it. It made an error in an order and they gave me a solution that was easier for me instead of them. They’ve truly shown up for me as a consumer every time I’ve needed them.

I first ordered Dossier products in …

I first ordered Dossier products in November and I loved the quality therefore I decided to keep my subscription and buy from them as my priority perfume retail.
On my recent order I forgot to use my coupon code and when I contacted them, they took care of the issue and refunded the discount amount to my account.
They are so friendly, responsive and their product has great qualoty. I recommend this company to any perfume lover and anyone who wants to smell good and expensive on a budget.

I contacted customer service about a delay in my order. Not only was the rep honest about what had happened? They offered immediate options for what worked best for me, processed my best option and got the entire issue handed in less that 5 minutes. Best customer service experience!!!!

Customer Service Excellent!!!!!!

I have not received product yet, however I did use a sample of my sister's and it was amazing. To the point I had to get some for myself! I had an issue with inputting the wrong shipping address. It literally was updated in less than 5 minutes after placing the order. Impeccable service thus far!

The Customer Is Always Wrong

While my order shipped out almost instantly, and according to the UniUni delivery it arrived at my apartment only a couple of days after, I never received my order. According to the delivery confirmation, they delivered it to my apartment’s secure mailroom, took a pic, and when I went to fetch it, it was nowhere to be found. I immediately emailed Dossier who told me to wait 5 days for it to magically reappear. Also, on that same day I emailed my apartment management who was able to verify by looking through camera footage it was taken by an unknown person. They suggested I report it to the local police department, which I did, and once the 5 days were up I emailed Dossier to provide them with the police report number and that the package still hadn’t magically appeared. Dossier then replied giving me a whole new set of directions, saying I needed to submit a complaint to the shipper, UniUni. That company promised a response within 24 hours, but I still haven’t heard a peep. Dossier keeps moving the goal posts and all I want is either a replacement or a refund. I’m glad I opted to not continue with their “membership.” This company seemed too good to be true. Sure, the perfumes and colognes cost less, but do they really once you pay their membership fee? Buyer, beware!

Great Company

I made a hugh mistake in the address when I ordered this for my granddaughter. I notified Dossier but it had already been sent out. After a lot of e-mails it was figured out and she got her gift! Dossier was wonderful working with me.

What are you wanting for?! Amazing product and customer service!!

I originally purchased 3 products from this brand at a Walmart. I got Ambery Saffron, Floral Marshmallow and Aromatic Pineapple... all I can say is WOW! I am VERY happy with the scents, longevity and wear of these products! So naturally I went online and joined the membership plan cuz well... who doesn't need a reason to buy a perfume a month right?! I also ordered Aquatic Lime for my husband and wow
.. I face planted into his chest and was like "aight' ill be right here if you need me" haha legit good!! Also, I ordered Gourmond Patchouli which to be honest I was VERY skeptical of because well... my dad's old friend wore pure Patchouli oil and ran anyone out of anywhere he walked into haha but this is NOT that way! Its lovely!!
Being as I LOVE perfume I also ordered Aromatic Star Anise and it does NOT disappoint!
So there was a bit of a shipping issue with my Aromatic Watermelon. I opened the box so excited and the bottle had leaked during shipping (not Dossier fault) so I sent a picture and video to the help email and less than 14 hours later (it was evening when I opened them) I had a new one enroute to me!! Best customer service ive seen!! Absolutely amazing all across the board. I WILL have all of the scents one day lol I advise you find something you like and order it!! You will not be disappointed with the product, price or customer service!
