Great product and excellent customer service with remote services. Very easy to use and very affordable.

We had never used in house signage before purchasing the DoPublicity player. Purchasing was a great option as most players require monthly fees, but not DP. We quickly got comfortable using the very intuitive interface and then added the output to our website. Now the customers of our bar/restaurant can see our up to the minute menu specials and events on their smart phones. It's been very easy to use and has run constantly for over 2 years now. They provide a vast array of templates plus they make it easy to use our own digital artwork, signs and posters

If you want to start using in house digital signage, you can't go wrong with DoPubliciy

Andrew is very knowledgeable, professional and solved my problem quickly.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and have made every effort to make sure that you get the best service and support.

To clarify, we do not ship new units as replacements, especially after 8 months of purchase. This was informed to you and was told a couple times that the unit should be sent back for repairs, which was not done for a couple weeks.

On receiving your unit, we reinstalled the operating system (which seems to have become corrupt, due to voltage fluctuation as the device may have been exposed to voltage spikes).

We have reinstalled your license, tested the unit and shipped it on 12/18/17 - as of now, it shows that it is in transit to you and may be delayed by USPS due to holiday deliveries.

I was told that a replacement would be sent immediately and I would receive it in 3-4 days.
I mailed the defective part the same day I contacted you.
The new unit is working perfectly.
But I'm still calling bu****hit.

A fabulous experience with Andrew today. Very knowledgeable staff at doPublicity. I am going on 3 years of impeccible service and results. Love the prouct... love the support. 5 stars.

excellent customer service and product. would definitely recommend them as i have used similar products from 2 other companies that do not offer the same experience in terms of display fireworks that are possible and also in their customer service. this is a cheap and great alternative to all higher priced items and a much better product in my experience. the product is reliable and sturdy and compact. the customer service is excellent. my product had an issue once with respect to a google android update that froze the system and dopublicity was very kind and gracious in helping me to fix it promptly even though my product was out of warranty. the sales and customer service was excellent and courteous.

This company is willing to work with you and fixes what they promise. Very personable.

The support team called me back within an hour, & had me up and running by the time I was off the phone. He was respectful and patient. Guided me through the whole process.

Awesome service

This is exactly what I needed for my business. Dopublicity did a very a nice job on the digital signage software it has made work a lot easier. I took a few minutes to understand the whole thing but a single call to their support solved my problem.

I've been using it for 2 years and half. Starting from the beginning my dopublicity media player kept disconnecting from the internet and turned off on its own. So, I called DoPublicity tech support to replace my device since it was under warranty. Tech support said it is not the device issue and I was instructed to go to settings. And next day it disconnected again. Tech support told me that I have a bad wifi. So, I changed the whole new faster internet company and a new router. My device still disconnected everyday. After a few struggle to fix my device it was out of warranty. I thought I was stuck with a faulty device that I have to reset every morning to work properly. After leaving this review on 12-6-2016, DoPublicity tech support reached out to me and gave me a free newer equipment despite the equipment was off warranty. I thought that was awesome. But the new equipment that I received keeps turning off just like the old one. At this point, I'm done calling their tech support as the customer service rep told me I'm no longer under their support or warranty. My final review for this device and service is 3 stars.

The product may possibly work ok, but Sanya and Mahesh Hinduja, the owners, were, in my opinion, very unreasonable to do business with.
Before you purchase from them, be very careful.
I had purchased 2 units for a client of mine who was finishing a construction renovation (local university), so the units sat, unopened on my shelf at work. I then had a personal circumstance which brought me out of state for few days and when I go back, realized we couldn't use the DoPublicity media boxes for technical reasons. It was literally 31 days after purchase. I asked to return them and they both said "your are past the 30 day return policy and will not be allowed to return them." end of discussion.
Lack of understanding and lack of customer service in my opinion. Sorry, in today's age, there's no room for this. I run the service department at my company and happily make concessions all the time with my customers. They do not.

I prefer to install it on a small pc and have kept the content the same and not have always connected to the Internet, as it is stopping the reproduction of the content

doPublicity digital signage product/service works well. It is easy to setup and there are enough different templates to get the right content out to your audience.

Talked with sales rep before I ordered online about needing vertical orientation. Was told that yes the devices could do it. When I received them spent hours trying to figure out how to get it work in vertical orientation. Called support and was told I needed a different model. Apparently I didn't have the right equipment for vertical orientation. They turned around and sent me 2 correct units within 2 days. Support was great and walked me through setting it up. However one of the units was not functioning properly. Was told that they would send out another unit. Waited the weekend and this week but no unit. Emailed and called dopublicity. I asked for overnight shipping as the reason why I got these units was for our building anniversary that was upcoming this Saturday and these displays were going to be a big part of the unveiling. They told me I had to wait until Monday (greatly disappointed). It was Friday when I made contact. Think they would have overnighted it for causing me so much grief 2 times. Templates are pretty much menu based and limited. Would be nice if they had more vertical options and not so menu based so I had to design my own which take tons of time. Would be nice if web app allowed me to place text and pictures wherever I want like designing a webpage.

My questions via email and phone were answered promptly and correctly. It is nice doing a business with a company that actually delivers on its promises.
