After searching and testing several products with different companies, doPublicity had the right solution. Price, Service and Reliability.
A cost effective solution that is easy to deploy and use. No monthly Fees. Service calls to and responses are not ignored (7 days a week).
Highly recommend reviewing this solution.

We love the new hardware, the templates are much improved, and the whole system is much more reliable. Mahesh has always been very helpful with any issues, we now run the system at two locations.

We use DoPublicity for announcements in our school's hallways - lunch menus, daily announcements, sports practice schedules, event announcements, etc. The format is very easy to use and customize. And like any web-based program, I can update our display from anywhere I can get Internet access. Love it!

There are a few glitches in the product from time to time, but they are responsive. I've been a customer for nearly 2 years.

This is great, we have 4 devices on TV's throughout our building. We display employee information, special events and information on upcoming meetings. Everyone loves it.

I had the most impressive service from doPublicity... The level of attention I received from the sales rep . Made is easy for me to purchase the product after my 20 thousand questions :) I had follow up from the company after I purchased the device.. Also they responded very quickly when I had questions about the online functions.. I am very pleased with the level of service I received from them.. I would defiantly recommend this product.. the digital menu board is easy to use and has amazing templets that you can personalize. Great Product.. Great Service.. Great quality..

We've had decent success with the device and service. When it works we love it, our problem has been that after it sits for a week or two it tends to need to be rebooted, which made it less user friendly than we'd like. Also, when an upgrade came out everything got squirrely until we did the upgrade. All in all, for the price it is a good service.

As I stated all six locations had private WiFi in which the MPs were connected to 24 hrs per day. I had to drive to five of the six locations to continuously manually disconnect the MP and allow it to reset. Could not reset remotely. Sometimes I had to reload information that was lost. BAD MPs!

With my new vendor I pay for the MP and pay $15 per month per MP for access to the platform. Whereas with you charge for the MP plus one 1 year for access to your platform and the person is stuck with your BAD MPs, poor customer service, excuses and etc. Lets face it instead of you doing the right thing and allowing people to return the BAD MPs and you refunding them and you retaining a customer. You are not refunding and losing customers and the competition is acquiring them. Also, you are exposing what kind of businessperson you are and in America your actions will hurt your business and it’s just a matter of time.

I do not want to risk my business with your MPs, I just want to be refunded for the MPs I purchased from you.



In March 2014 I started ordering DoPublicity’s digital signage media players (MP) D424 and SaaS+ annual subscriptions. WHAT A NIGHTMARE, after installing the MPs in several locations (i.e restaurant, bars and etc.) the MPs continuously disconnected from the Internet. Keep in mind each location’s driving distance is ~ 35 miles each way. I even had the owners at the locations install private WiFi and still received email notifications that the MPs were not connected periodically. I found myself traveling to some locations daily to trouble shoot the MPs. The problem was so consistent the waitresses and owners at the majority of locations made comments that the TV’s in which the MPs where attached too hardly ever worked. The waitresses and owners even shared this information with some of my existing clients and patrons who visited the location. These actions hurt my business, so I took it upon myself to do some MP research and even shared the information with DoPublicity. In my findings the D424 gets hot, stops playing and has to be disconnected manually, and then reconnected. Just image how much time, money and travel I spent! The MPs are not built for commercial usage for 24hrs a day. I asked for a refund from DoPublicity and never received it.

I RECOMMEND NOT JEOPARDIZING YOUR REPUTATION, BUSINESS AND FINDING A DIFFERENT VENDOR WITH RELIABLE MPS AND A MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. AFTER INTENSIVE RESEARCH I FOUND ANOTHER VENDOR WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, RELIABLE MP’S, AND A MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION.

Easy easy easy. Now my snack bar looks like a million dollars.

Customer support is fast and attentive! If you're buying digital signage, its important to have a supplier that's concerned about your success with a top quality product with continuous updates. I checked out 5 other companies and DoPublicity was affordable and fits my needs! Keep up the great work!

Overall we've been very happy with DoPublicity. The product is easy to use and the customer service has been excellent. I would recommend them with no hesitation. While no company is perfect, we've had a few issue but overall Mahesh has handled the problem in a timely matter and to our satisfaction. We look forward to doing more business with them!

This is a really out dated software system, that is slow and not very user friendly. Plus if you have an in house IT person, they can set the same same thing up on a local server and it will run 10x faster and be far more stable. The software runs very slow and crashes periodically causing use to restart each system running the software. We do not plan on renewing our service contract once it is up.

Set up was a piece of cake. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes. Having lots of fun adding new content every day. Learning curve is very easy. Using it as a digital menu board at a pizza restaurant customers love it so easy to read.

My organization purchased 9 of the dopublicity boxes to install in locations all over the country. The service is providing the information we need in a quick and affordable manner. The software is easy to use and dopublicity has worked with us any time we've needed them. They are prompt in returning calls, and ensured our needs were met. This is a great, affordable solution for digital signage.
