Great for collectors!

As someone who buys a lot of small collectibles, Doorzo has been one of the easiest proxy sites to use. The interface is beginner‑friendly, consolidation is smooth, and fees are reasonable. My only suggestion is to introduce a way to contact sellers directly. Right now, even small questions require a longer back‑and‑forth through Doorzo, which can slow things down. If that ever gets streamlined, it would be close to perfect.

Customer service is terrible

I’ve used this service a few times before without issue, but my most recent experience was beyond frustrating!

The item arrived in my country but was rejected due to incorrect or incomplete customs information. The required TARIC code was not provided, which caused the parcel to be returned. This was entirely avoidable and happened because of their oversight.

What made the situation even much more frustrating was the way customer service handled it. From the outset, they were dismissive and repeatedly closed cases without properly investigating or even asking for clarification. I had to do the legwork myself, contacting my postal service and gathering proof. Only after I sent a screenshot confirming the missing customs information did they finally stop implying the issue was mine when they were the shipper??!

Despite this clearly being their error, they offered a token 5€ in points, later increased to 8€, which feels insignificant compared to the inconvenience, delay, and stress caused. Even more frustrating, they still expect me to pay the full re-shipping cost plus a return fee.

After a major mistake on their side, I’m the one left covering additional costs and wasting time trying to resolve it. The lack of accountability and dismissive support made an already bad situation far worse.

Nintendo switch

Yes i purchased a Nintendo switch, the post indicated everything was fine with it, and it was tested by the seller. I paid for the service to check it before thei ship it. I finally received it but the console is not working, battery is dead, the console doesn't recognize the joycons. It's a mess

Doorzo is for me a big YES

Doorzo is for me a big YES ! I ordered 2 times, and everything went perfectly fine ☺️

It allows us to have « some Japan at home » , the prices are attractive, the packages are well wrapped and protected 🫶🏻

(The only things is the customs fees that are quite expensive depending on your order and country) Besides that, its perfect.

Also, the customers service is excellent, and answers if you have any questions.

I do recommend my eyes closed, and can’t wait to do new orders !! 🥰

I was skeptical about using a new platform, but after purchasing, consolidating a d receiving my product i can say it is really a good platform.

Customer service was prompt and relatively good.

Only things to be wary is the product that are not from stores but from independent sellers, even Doorzo warns us about the risk buying from them. But in my experience it was great, no notes.

One thing to be wary, before purchasing or bidding in the auctions, please translate and read what they are selling. Haha i didnt know for my first purchase and i bid an empty box. Doorzo customer service kindly reminded me that i already agreed to the t&c of bidding and i could not withdraw, so i won an empty box which was sadly clearly stated in the title which i didnt translate.

I used their pre-storage photo service (optional paid service) , it was great, they showed what they received and let us see all angles and whether we want to appeal (that the item was not what was expected) or if everything was great, we can accept the condition.

I also used air doorzo and the shipping was so fast. I think it took around a week to arrive. Im extremely impressed tbh.

The item came without parts and broken…

The item came without parts and broken pieces. The seller never disclose this and still posted fake pictures with all the parts intact and good condition and complete set. We reached out to seller and doozo. Seller informed to send back the item. I am from Singapore. It very troublesome. Doorzo basically said they cannot do anything. They offered 1000 yen off for shipping in next order as compensation. They do not even bother to suspend seller or forfeit the seller. I do not even think of purchasing again from Doorzo. I have purchased few times from Doorzo. This is so unexpected from Doorzo. Disappointed. I bought the items for $270 + shipping $70 and I still need to send for repair for another $200 sgd. Sigh
