Great company to deal with and prompt delivery

1 week for delivery from placing order not what's stated when purchasing no tracking info and advised on dates and no product received when advised.

Poor really!

Timely delivery. An excellent choice to cover sibe of glazed kitchen door which dog has wrecked by scratching. So good you cut to size

My order 6th Feb, has not been dispatched and no communication made by the company to explain why, apologise, or resolve the issue. After waiting some time I phoned and was told someone would find out the problem and get back to me - no-one called back and now I've called and emailed to chase this again. Not an experience to praise so far. Now 28th Feb and still waiting.

Great product.

Everything about this order was excellent. Very easy to order, the kick plate is super high quality and much cheaper than any of the chain shops and even comes with screws. Time of order to arriving at my home was 3 days. I can highly recommend.

Ordered on jan 18th and paid
no sign of my order and got an answering machine
They seem to be working from a house If I don't hear Im going to ask for my money back

It will be helpful if you can keep your customers in loop when you have or not yet dispatched the items because we depend on that to also deliver to our clients as per your delivery schedule. I was a bit disappointed when my delivery come after 3 days when yet I was entitled to a next day delivery and this is after I called to make sure my order definitely will come next day

Great service, goid product deluvered on time

Ordered goods on 18th Dec, today it's 4th of January still no delivery or invoice, sent email on 18th Dec requesting invoice and expected delivery date. Received reply on 3rd Jan.
promised delivery today, still not received.
Very poor customer service

i rang the telephone number advertised 4 or5 times but nobody bothered to answer or call back. In the end i did not buy any thing from you. I brought the goods i needed from Howdens instead even though it cost me three hundred pounds more. They welcomed my order.

I am still waiting for the order to arrive. If it ever does get delivered then I might be in a position to give you a review

Excellent service on the phone and by post very quick turnaround and excellent advice on the telephone, recommend.

Slow Delivery - goods shown in stock, should have been delivered next working day - Delivered 3 days after I ordered, very poor service. I was told it "may take 2 days because it is Scotland" - plus it wasn't dispatched on the day of order so not quite as promised.
