I've had a good experience repurposing my LLC with Doola. They have been very professional and very responsive to all my questions.

I had an outstanding experience using Doola to set up my LLC from abroad. The process was smooth, fully online, and well-explained at every step. Their customer support team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions — even about more complex topics, such as tax filings and bank accounts.

What really impressed me was how easily I was able to complete everything without needing to be physically present in the U.S. I received all my documents on time, and the overall transparency gave me confidence throughout the process. If you’re looking to launch a U.S.-based business from another country, Doola is definitely the way to go!

Great easy experience with Nemin from the Doola team to file my returns as a foreigner.

I just want to say a big thank you to Riley from Doola. He really helped me step by step through the whole process of starting my company in the U.S.

I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure how things worked, but Riley explained everything clearly and always replied quickly. He made the process feel easy, even though I’m not from the U.S.
