Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Ordered a kitchen appliance, money was taken, product was received. The packaging was awful, no cushioning support for the kitchen hob. There were smudge marks and damage to the ring burner bases. It took over a week for a response, even though over the phone you are told it’s a 1 day response time. The phone is never answered and when you leave a message, never receive a call back. I have not had an update since the appliance was returned 4 days ago. I was even debating on ordering an alternative but again I called this morning and no answer. I wouldn’t order from here again, there are many other suppliers out there with great customer service.
