I was desperate for an air conditioning unit which I found on Donaghy website and it only took 3 days to be delivered I was so impressed as it’s extremely difficult to find one at the moment with the heatwaves we had lately so thank you for the reliability and efficiency, I’m thrilled.

The Bros were excellent but such
a shame their delivery men failed miserably. Had to return item because it was faulty but refunded very quickly.

I received my order quickly
I received my order quickly. within the time frame specified. The only thing that can be improved, is for the customer service team to respond to queries after the item has been delivered. The remote control was not working when I received my Dyson fan, even though it had a battery. Luckily, after changing the battery it started working. However, I had sent a message to the customer services team to let them know that the remote wasn’t working but I got no response.

Forget getting stuff delivered to UK mainland.
They have serious issues delivering to the UK mainland. Lesson learned next time I will ensure I purchase from Company based on the mainland.
