Absolutely disgusted with this company, and also wowcher. Not only have I paid for a pair of ladies winter boots , and paid my hard earned money, I have never received them. They were a Christmas gift for my 91year old mum. I’ve emailed wowcher twice with no reply. Shame on both companies. Won’t use either of these companies ever again. BE WARNED, never subscribe to wowcher as they deal with companies like this.

I bought a pair of trainers from these people through Wowcher

They arrived in time and I have had them for two years, they are still fine and their look draws comments from the "Trainers Generation" because they are quite striking

I am looking to purchase more pairs

I ordered a gent's heated gillet for Christmas - very poor quality and finish returned it still trying to get my money back have contacted wowcher who do not seem to be helping much. will not use wowcher or DOMO secret again.

Never use this company ! Ordered heated gilet through Living Social /Wowcher Tried numerous times to fill out order form online ....it would not accept my email address!!! Tried all media...phone, laptop etc ..other email addresses...nothing !!!...then found my voucher had expired !!!!. No recompense from Living Social/Wowcher which is bad in itself ...but now have the hassle of chasing the money ...I wouldn't want throw away a £20 ..so why let them claim my hard earned cash

I purchased a heated gilet through Living Social. Received far later than the stated delivery date and is utter rubbish

I ordered womans trainers as the advert clearly shoes womans they sent children's sent several emails
But the just say it what I ordered.
Would not use the company. Absolutely no after sales help the get your money and that's it

I ordered a pack of 8 Garden Ground Lights reduced from £29.99 to £7.99 on Wowcher. One Light arrived and I emailed DomoSecret to find when the other 7 were scheduled to arrive. After a few days and another email I was informed I had received my package. i again complained they had only sent one light. I was told that each light had 8 LED's and that was what I had bought. The ad clearly said Pack of 8 and the pictures showed the lights spread around the garden. A pack of 8 is readily available from Amazon at £24.99. DomoSecret state 1 was reduced from £29.99. I am very unhappy with the company and would like the balance of my order. I have complained to Wowcher who are investigating. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a heated gillet it needs a battery which was not stated they will not pay for postage for it to be returned it is not fit for purpose so I am entitled a full refund but this company does take any notice of your statutory rights one for Martin Lewis Resolver.

I ordered two blankets for my sons but when they came they had to my son and in the letter your my daughter. As I ordered them through Gogroopie I have been trying to get a refund since the 7th of November and have sent photographic evidence to them. They have just kept asking questions even with the proof sent each new email takes a week to respond plus. Have been told I can ask my bank to refund me the money by charging them.
Do not go near them

The worst company ever I orderd something never recieved ignored all my emails ask for refund still waiting pathetic

Ordered an item in Oct - contacted the supplier multiple times and still not received. Have been given tracking details which are gobbledegook - apparently on track for delivery then delayed etc etc - have asked for a refund and order to be cancelled - again no response. Steer clear is my advice.

I bought the chunky cardigan from the Wowcher site. I agree wholeheartedly with other reviews. Thin, poor quality and poorly finished. I sent the item back and so was out 2 lots of postage. I kept complaining and eventually Wowcher refunded me. Last week I went online to get some downloadable knitting patterns from a site I belong to. Surprise, surprise! The photograph that looked so good on Wowcher was actually a photo from the front of a knitting pattern!

Sent the wrong size and the finish on the jumper was terrible. Also already stretched out of shape before they packaged it. Struggling to find out how I return it.

Sent completely the wrong size. Their website is difficult to navigate to find out how to do returns. Judging by other reviews, this is normal procedure. Won’t be entertaining Wowcher again.

I bought a rain jacket from them via Wowcher. The jacket was small. Wowcher didn't want to know. I was told to contact the merchant (DomoSecret) who told me to return the goods and they will action it with Wowcher to issue a refund. To date I have not heard from either Domosecret or Wowcher despise many emails.

Domosecret are an incompetent supplier. I ordered a coat size 2XL. They sent 3XL which I tried on, but should have been too large - after squeezing my arms in the sleeves they turned out to be about 4 inches up my arms - miles too small.

I contacted them - they don't have a returns policy - just wanted me to wrap it up and send back, which I did.

That was the last I have heard from them...

I purchased a Warm jacket from this company. I have to say the material is terrible and the finish absolute rubbish! The hood was ripped open in the lining on receipt and after wearing twice the lining split at the back of the jacket. There are cottons hanging all along the zip line and not worth the money asked. In my honest opinion this is cheap material and certainly NOT FIT for its purpose.

Ordered 2 jumpers through wowcher which came from this company. I'm a UK size 10-12 but to be on the safe side opted for UK size 14. The jumpers arrived yesterday. I managed to get my head through the head hole, arms in the sleeves (at a struggle) and that's as far as I got. Had to get my kids to help me take it off. The only good thing is my nearly 7 year old daughter now has 2 new jumpers as they fit her perfectly. Wowcher should be appalled for promoting this company. Lesson learnt to never order clothes through wowcher again.
