I have registed ,my domain. they use some random email address for domain technical and contact details page.
next day, i want check the dashboard to change dns. dns option is disabled. I have asked the support team, they ask me to send email to mynic.my site using technical email id. that email id not belong to me. i really struck.
then they said i want to buy dns hosting to solve this issue. i bought dns hosting too. again same problem.. same mail..
very frustrated.
i have contacted multiple times, multiple tickets.. they send same copy paste replies.
i recommend dont use domainplus malaysia. they are scammer.
