A good provider of hosting and domain. Really good for new users in online field best place to start. And support is also good.

Worst customer support , ticket id #KUU-155151 .
Their phone is switch off all the time. Their ticket response time is more than 24 hours. They partner with sharpido , whose servers are in Germany same as hostamble. I created ticket on 2 November , but till today is still not answered.Dont go for cheap hosting like hostamble.

Yesterday I got some issues in my WordPress regarding the plugin they helped me on time.

I have user so many hosting provider but their services are really beyond.

Great experience of domain and hosting, I have hosted 3 website on hostamble and they are really good, and there support system is very nice 👍.

I have good experience with hostamble shared hosting as a beginer they also helped me to install wordpress and guided me to start blooging

I told them on email and whatsapp both that I want to suspend my webhosting so please do not debit my deposit that they had with them. Yet they did, and that too before the renewal time. Apart from that, the web hosting is cheap yet good. A bit of downtime is there but they solve it if called. Average experience overall

I want a budget hosting and they have provided me budget hosting with its good services. I really thankful of them

Technical support is the worst. First one I want to make my website live by transferring it from localhost to live server they are keep sending Yt videos for doing the same instead of helping a non-technical person like me. Even after alot of requests i made the site live on my own. Now we are facing issues due to site unreachability because of their server + our database is not accessible, they are not responding over calls,, mails, whatsapp. This is not the kind of support a customer expect from a hosting company like hostamble. Support number being switched off , executives answering back like you have created the database and not having another number to contact them.

I have been hosting my website with hostamble.com for over a 2 months now and I am very satisfied. Their customer support is amazing and have never had any issues with their servers or uptime, which has allowed me to focus on what I do best, running my blog!
