Great quality product and good customer service

The dog coat is great, and quality is exceptional. My dog loves it. I had problems with the courier who lost my parcel and it took a while to confirm that the coat had indeed been lost. Doggy Kings customer service were able to investigate and send a replacement coat.

Lovely little coat , fitted perfectly.

Just before Xmas 2025 I ordered a no-pull Harness for my very naughty PARSON RUSSELL who managed somehow to lose/damage her velcro name tags in January when chasing rabbits through thick bramble.
I immediately contacted Customer Services and they indicated £8 for replacements, which I paid via PayPal but I was not sent any order acknowledgment?
I got back to Customer Services and was lucky to find Paul who quickly solved my problem, and later even provided me with a Tracking Number when my order had not arrived after 2 weeks.
I received 2 lovely harnesses complete with tags at the beginning of February and would like especially to thank Paul of Customer Service for his exemplary, efficient and courteous service.

Doggy kings their jackets are of very good quality the only thing you have to watch out for is they are very small to size.
They will answer all emails quickly and they will endeavour to solve any problems by return

I have a cockapoo I ordered the 3XL per the sizing chart and was too small.
They wanted to charge me £5 for the return and a further £5 for a new size.
Or £5 deducted from my refund.
It took so long to conclude that they have now denied my return, so now I’m left with a coat too small. Would not recommend.

Great product and love the fact it has the built in harness.. Needed an exchange due to the wrong size and it was sent very quickly and communication was great!! My dog is warm and looks very proud in his coat!!

I love these! So does my dog! They keep her warm and dry and are true to breed size - don't go bigger or they will swamp your dog. I make that mistake! These coats make winter bearable! Couldn't have got through winter without one! They are well made and warm and strong! Well done Doggie Kings!

Great harness. Only reason for a 4 is because the velcro labels dig into the side of my pup. Great customer service and just a shame that they don't offer more products, because I'd certainly buy a collar from them!

I had ordered the incorrect size n once I contacted Doggykings they sent me the next size up … there was no hassle about getting another one n they replaced it free of charge..
First company in a long time do as they say n advertise…,,

The coat is excellent and great value for money. But I have been most impressed with the customer service. They have answered my emails within 24 hrs and have been friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

Very helpful when I ordered the wrong size

Order 2 sizes as i have a puppy and knew he would grow. I ordered a small and a Medium size. The small fitted but was very tight and hard to put on. The Medium was a better fit. I contacted Doggy Kings to exchange the Small. They were very accomodating and I only had to pay £5 for a replacement (size Large) which was the cost of postage. They told me to keep the Small as it would cost me too much to send back. The products themselves are very well made and are easy to put on.
I would highly recommend this company and their products as well as their customer service.
