I’m very happy with my experience, however, I had to contact you several times( by phone) to get you to call my friend who wanted to become a customer!!!No one called me back. Not impressed.

Customer service is very poor. I tried to contact Dodo Pad without success despite emailing twice and leaving two phone messages asking them to get back to me. No response! However, their fulfilment company was prompt and processed the order quickly so I thought they were good.

Ordering was easy and the Dodo Pad diary arrived quicker than expected.

Buy it every year!!

I love Dodopad and having been using them for about 25 years!
This year in May I mistakenly ordered an Academic year diary(probably being over excited at the thought of getting my 2026 diary)
I promptly returned it to the given address and asked for a copy of the desk diary when it became available.
I did not have any response from Dodopad so I checked with the post office to
confirm my return had arrived so I emailed an enquiry, then telephoned and left a message-still nothing. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch but to date I haven’t had any response.
Can anyone help??

I have been using the Dodo Acad diary for years, I have accidentally ordered the 2026 year diary this time. It is of the usual fantastically creative standard, I just can't wait until December to start using it 😍🫶👍

This is my third dodo pad diary, they are great. They have good quality paper and lots of helpful features.

Excellent all round - great Dodo Pad products, no problems. I now have a large collection of old Dodo Pads stretching back many years - they are a first class reference source. I wouldn't be without them!

Dodo academic diary remains a classic for those of us who plan on paper and doodle while we organise.

Like every other year I have bought one for myself and one for my sister it’s invaluable. We were introduced to the dodo pad by our mother.

The items arrived almost by return of post, much to my delight.

Good fun, practical and help us to organise our house (four of us bought a house together) - we note activities, in/out, and bills

Arrived promptly and great to have next years’s pad without which my life would be totally chaotic. I’ve relied on it for years and feel it’s my trusted companion. I love the jokes and silly sayings and the space each week to jot down all those reminders and scribbles of my own!
