GREAT APP for booking medical appointments! It changed my way of living in Germany.

I have multiple Email addresses, and gave the hospital a different Email address to my account. This makes it impossible for me to login and administer my hospital appointments. There is no technical support whatsoever.

Wonderful. After 6 weeks doctolib tells me the secret support Email address. The one they don't have on their website because they normally don't care about giving support.

I use app for finding appointments, BUT recently only doctors I can find are private praxis and also there aren’t much appointments in general to find for any kind of doctor … seems most of doctors available are working in privatized praxis and not much going for public insurances people !

I used Doctolib for a few years, and didn't change my email adress or phone number. However, today trying to make an appointment with that same email address and phone number, I cannot log-in. The email address is not recognized. I cannot reset my password because the email address is not recognized. I cannot create a new account because it requires my phone number, of course. You cannot make another account with the same phone number, yet you cannot log-in to change your details. It is a useless, broken circle which too many providers rely on. There are no fix-its. No solutions. Nothing.

Server is slow. Takes ages for the page to appear. Very user unfriendly, however, they do react to customer concerns.

I like my doctor Natalia and have a good experience of death treatment. Without any pain and with a great consultation.

Doctolibs platform is far from refined - You select "Legally insured" as your filter, and then most of the available time slots are reserved for privately insured people or self payers - How can this be an option and a result that shows? Clearly some sloppy backend work on the engineering front - Also, having been around for so long, how can one not have a more refined filtering option to select doctors appointments? For example, if you are doing an initital examination, chances are the available time slot is for previous customers, or for other complaints - this should be a filtering option to make the back and forth less of an issue.

how broken the search function is? i can show you multiple search results that proves their search and filters do not work! why they dont fix it?! it beats me. its just annoying! select statury insurance and it still shows you looots and looots of private insurance doctors which do not accept the statury insurance, why the hell there is a filter i dont get it! its been like this the past 2 years and it seems there is no intention of fixing this crap. thye just want to lose users and thats all.

Quick to find to any doctor you want from your home! You can book in your city for one or one from another city (video call). Like this concept for non-German speakers and for 'new' patients.

The hospital was closed until October 10. I don’t know why Doctolib didnt informed that. I waited 3 months to book this appointment and it didn’t worked out.

We made an appointment with Dr Viviano in Doctolib last Friday, but when we saw him, he showed a very rush attitude and said that we had only 15 minutes, then he stood up and left the room event before my wife's explaining of her illnesses. We were kicked out in a very short time. We felt that he want the money only but do not care his patients. We do hope this situation will be changed.
