Doberut collar & lead
I ordered a collar/lead set then realised when I received delivery that the collar was the wrong one! My bad, I had assumed that the collar was a clip style collar.
I contacted Dobernut Customer Services and they quickly arranged for me to return the collar and sent a replacement collar to me at no further cost.
We are very impressed with the service and pleased with the quality of the collar and lead.
Would definitely deal with Dobernut again and can highly recommend them for their brilliant service and for the quality products they offer.
