Got an electric blanket and stopped…

Got an electric blanket and stopped working after a year sent a message and a replacement is getting sent! Shia was very helpful thanks :)

Bought a desk but no shipping information yet

I ordered a desk, but I have not received any shipping information despite ordering the item 6 days ago (19th Sep). On the website, it says "Orders placed on Friday will be shipped within 72 hours". Despite contacting the team on the website and emailing them on both admin and sales emails, I did not receive any response. On the website, there is no telephone number you can use to reach them.

Avoid

Bought one of their dishwashers which failed after 3 days, replaced by DMD but the 2nd one failed on the anniversary of the warranty expiring.

They initially refused to replace it, stating that the warranty had expired, then they agreed to replace it, then they changed their mind and refused again. All of this achieved through email chasing by me - no proactive customer service from them.

They have stated that the warranty runs from the date of purchase of the first appliance, otherwise the warranty 'would never end', I have pointed out that the warranty would end if the machine quality was good enough to last more than 12 months!

I wouldn't buy from DMD again due to their relaxed customer service attitude and I certainly wouldn't buy one of their dishwashers again!

Tabletop dishwasher

I bought a DMD tabletop dishwasher in March 25. Within a month of purchase the E3 malfunction signal started flashing. I followed the protocol,which is switching off the appliance and tilting it 30-45 degrees to drain any excess water. I did this numerous times. It was stuck on draining even when there was no water in the appliance. I contacted DMD support about the problem. They advise me to send it back to them.DMD sent me a replacement dishwasher via DPD and collected the faulty one at the same time. Less than two months later the same fault appeared with the replacement dishwasher. I followed the same protocol but to no avail. I decided to return the second faulty dishwasher back to DMD and request a refund. Three months two dishwashers later,there is clearly a design fault with the power board. I had to buy a large box from a storage facility to pack up their dishwasher. Finding large cardboard boxes is hard to find. I received my refund back via TIKTok after much back and forth.

I brought a smart kettle and when it…

I brought a smart kettle and when it has arrived it will only run on 2.4 hz wifi. In order to run it I have had to split my Wi-Fi which isn't a massive problem. But what is the problem is that every other device in your house will then need reconnecting to Wi-Fi. This has affected our car charger amongst other things and has not been easy to sort. I wish I'd spent an extra 10 and got the ninja kettle

Really great product and I found the customer service fantastic. We encountered a small problem after delivery, small crack on the pizza stone, caused by delivery we think ? But got in touch with customer service , who sent perfect replacement within 24 hours… would highly recommend 👍

A company that really cares

I purchased a Hang n Dry+ but found I needed extra poles to dry my washing. I emailed & got a reply from Charlotte the same day, she was exceptionally helpful & ordered the extra poles for me & they arrived within 2 days! I absolutely love my Hang n Dry+ and was very grateful that Charlotte sorted my problem quickly & efficiently, if she is representative of DMD Collective then it is a company that I will definitely recommend and use again knowing that they really care about their customers which is rare these days.

Replacement blanket. received my blanket in December…

Having received my blanket in December 24, I found it to be very well made and warm . However in January I had a problem that it wouldn't switch on to heat. I made contact with DMD and communicated with a lovely lady by the name of Charlotte, she arranged a replacement and within 3 day I received it. All Woking well. A very good company and exceptional staff.

DMD collective are an amazing company . They supported me without any issues and were extremely helpful . The representative Charlotte was understanding and supportive . I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and wil be buying from them in the future . All in all an amazing customer experience.

Save yourself pounds with a blanket from DMD

I was given an electric blanket from DMD for Xmas and I have hardly used my central heating since I got it.it must have saved me hundreds in gas and electricity. I had a problem with the plug where my parrot had bitten through the cable and Charlotte from the customer service was so kind and understanding and sent me a replacement by return of post. What a wonderful company to deal with.

Electric blanket issues

Brought a electric blanket. Within 3 weeks it stopped working. Contact customer service and they sent me out a new remote. Unfortunately once connect to the blanket the day after delivery it stopped working. Contact customer service again and now sending out a new blanket. Thank you so much for all the help

I purchased a dmd counter top…

I purchased a dmd counter top dishwasher last year which unfortunately had an error but I must say the customer service i had from Charlotte in the company was outstanding.
She offered a replacement or refund without question, and went above and beyond to organise the replacement. She communicated with immediate response to all of my emails and let me know what was happening every step of the way.
Cannot fault the customer service from Charlotte and thank you once again for all your assistance.
