What a fantastic company! Not only is the jewellery beautiful but the customer service is 2nd to none, so pleased with my most gorgeous bubble heart is earrings, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a beautiful piece of jewellery xx

I happily placed an order with this…

I happily placed an order with this company for one of their special deals. After 3 weeks I still hadn't received that order so I contacted the company. The customer support team just replied that there had been a system error and cancelled the order.
It was a disappointing experience overall and I wouldn't order from them again.

I placed an order on Tuesday with express delivery. I haven't received any updates regarding the delivery. I tried to get in contact with customer service via both WhatsApp and email and I received no response. Terrible customer service experience

The Jewelry is great quality with such…

The Jewelry is great quality with such timeless designs, I had one slight issue with my first order which was a bundle package where one 3 out of 4 items arrived, I reached out to their customer service support via WhatsApp and got it immediately resolved despite being in separate international time zones. They’re great and I would recommend their products to anyone.

Always a winner!

Really fantastic customer service and products! I’m making quite a collection of D.Louise items and I love them all. Now excited to use their pieces for my bridal jewellery and have purchased items as gifts for my bridesmaids and mum to use on the day too. Engravable Compass Necklace mistake

I recently ordered the Engravable Compass Necklace as a gift and initially received it with an engraving mistake where one character was incorrect. I reached out to customer service, and Glory handled the issue promptly and professionally. They were very responsive, understanding, and ensured the corrected item was on its way without any hassle. They also threw in a free Paperclip Necklace.

I’m extremely pleased with how the team resolved the problem promptly. Highly recommend!

5 STARS - will be purchasing again!

D.Louise have beautiful great quality products and I will 100% be purchasing from them again.
I was sent the wrong ring by mistake but a new one was sent to me super quickly and they wanted to ensure to save on Co2 emissions and let me keep the incorrect ring.
Fantastic quality products, beautiful jewellery that looks super expensive but has an affordable price fag.

Great customer service, so much better to deal with a human rather than a chatbot.
Both customer agents were helpful and patient (especially good as I'm definitely not very tech minded and messed up a return/exchange)

Would definitely recommend

Would definitely recommend! The company have been very quick with replies and are very reliable. The jewellery is beautiful and seems much better quality than other brands I’ve bought from previously. I was able to get engraving on the necklace free of charge which I thought was brilliant for the gift I wanted it for. It’s packaging is very classy and looks expensive. I will definitely be using this brand regularly now I’ve found it! Thank you.
