Couldn't charge as asked
I ordered a sofa and it is OK, however when I asked about assembly in the store they said the sofa came assembled. This wasn't really true.
The biggest issue though has been that I gave a card for payment, and now that it has been delivered, they have informed me that they lost my card information and I can only use mobilepay to purchase the couch with is frustrating on many levels.

Good quality of their sofas and responsive customer support! Nice present if order in the shop
I have ordered the module sofa Ellis in June 2022 (was not able to put the true date in the respective field with the date of experience) and got two nice pillows as a gift. To be honest, the pillows smelled like goose feathers but one cycle of cleaning and drying in the washing machine solved this problem.
I would like to specifically mention their tremendous customer service. When assembling the sofa, I encountered the problem - the location of the pre-drilled holes for the arm on one module did not fit the location of respective holes on the arm. I sent an email with the description of the problem to the customer support and received a prompt response. The "faulty" module was picked up by the delivery company and replaced by the good one!
As for the quality, we have been using the sofa for the last two year, assembled it for the removals and it still looks very decent!

Great service! From the store until the delivery.
After looking after a comfortable, good-looking and affordable couch, Sofacompany was the best choice. They were great since the store until the time that they deliver the couch. I recommend them.
