The comunication between housekeeping and Elis is very good but lately we have received a lot of linen with defects,stains and holes(we lose a lot of time going back and forth and the maids are frustrated), we have received the wrong sheets a couple of times(instead of the queen size we have received king size and we cannot use them,they are too large).At least one time per week (generally monday) the driver leaves behind at least 4 trolleys with dirty linen(he does not have space for them) and we have to carry them back again to the depots and until wednesday when he comes again, we have to strugle with the space in the depots

'Unfortunately' Berendsen has very humble trustworthy sales representatives that make you feel valuable as a customer. Once the contract is signed however you will be dealing with customer representatives (on site in particular) and delivery drivers who are rude, disrespectful, insulting (believe me!) and untrained in their job (at least if you won't get the specific person on the phone responsible for your account). Does this make you feel valuable as a customer? NO! It makes you feel like YOU did something wrong and you should be apologetic for their lack of communication and caring... Delivery times (although confirmed for a 3 hour time slot) have so far never been on time and when YOU chase them (I would expect a call and an explanation for the delay) no one knows anything or has ever heard of a time slot for delivery. The quality of linen is also average (even the superior line) which would be fine if the service was average and not terrible. Maybe Berendsen will improve its customer service over time but for now I'm terribly disappointed in this company that presented itself as being professional while it clearly isn't at this point. Please take this into consideration before you sign a contract (btw 1 year contracts are possible and not the 3 year ones that they push you into; just ask for it!)
