Delivery was very poor. Part of my order damaged but was something i could repair so just accepted it. No care in how delivery van was packed with numerous deliverys just thrown in.

Terrible
Terrible. I ordered it from the Irish BandQ website, then a week later I got a text message from an English company asking me for my address saying the delivery would be dispatched as soon as they had that information, then 2 weeks later I got a text message from the same company asking me to confirm my address and they would dispatch my delivery, 1 week later I got a message asking me what day I would like to recieve delivery, I picked the next day, it was delivered a week later, on a different day.
Finally I got it and unpacked it and it is the wrong item.
A total and utter waste of time, I will never buy anything online from anyone involved with this debacle ever again. €50 and lots of time wasted!

Absolutely awful experience after ordering a tumble dryer online. Several weeks later and still i can't get B@Q to take away the old tumble dryer for recycling. There were serious communication failures. After been given a date for collection of old tumble dryer, no one arrived to collect it and no communication regarding same.

B&Q Customer service (Not Great)
The product itself was fine but the delivery service( I don't think it was the courier service itself I believe it was a B& Q problem)was atrocious I took a day off work to be there for the delivery of the item,it didn't arrive I filled out an online form still no reply I would be slow to buy from B&Q in the future.

Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time. Every time you make an order, there's at least something that is cancelled. You never know when the order will arrive, it's packed oddly and then customer service to resolve issues is non-existent.
Use any other company, when possible.
Rudest online customer service team ever
Missing items and incredibly, unbelievably RUDE UK based customer service team. Extremely bad communication. Great at blaming everyone else. I had to personally chase up not only B&Q but the third party seller and both courier companies. Fiasco from the beginning due to exceptionally poor customer service. Avoid buying anything online from B&Q if you can. I purchased from the Irish site but items were to be shipped from the UK - which was not clear when I ordered them. So check where your items are coming from and if it’s the UK they may never arrive.

Appalling delivery service …
Delivery service is beyond a joke .my item never arrived !!! Numerous calls to customer service who were very helpfull however the problem is with Delivery.!! Their is none!!! in my view .I had an electrician lined up who I ended up having to pay for doing nothing as I had been told many times it would be delivered on certain days. Zero compensation !!!. So unfortunately I won't be shopping there again until they find a " reliable " Delivery service .very disappointed overall !! .

I ordered a few items from B&Q online…
I ordered a few items from B&Q online about a month ago — a full 9mm drywall panel, a drywall saw, a box of drywall screws, and a Keter outdoor storage box. Everything was absolutely perfect. When I arrived to collect my order, all of it was already prepared and waiting on a trolley, which made things incredibly convenient. Checkout was quick and easy, and the staff were genuinely helpful. A smooth, hassle‑free experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, we bought… we try to buy garden furniture, came defective, waited for 5 days, going to the shop everyday da to get it replaced, told we need to be fast so they don’t sell the ones on same model that they are receiving, the delivery with this furniture never arrived, so we just decided to get a refund, that was in the 7th of April, no refund received yet.
And I’m almost sure that when we gave back the defective furniture they put in back on sale as in few hours there was one available in the website.
I sent a request about my refund this morning, no answer yet.

The clowns strike again. Turn up to collect my click and collect order at Athlone. Had called ahead to make sure this was available. Arrived. Oh we don't stock those..... Then you get onto customer service in south Africa. My lord they are bad. Just avoid b and q and shop local
