Couldn’t get on to the Royal Mail app to give specific instructions delivery, as a result it got taken away and came back the next day. Royal Mail app wouldn’t work!

Excellent workshop. I now use my magi mix food processor all the time. Brilliant recipes and techniques - nice intimate surroundings and a warm welcome from all staff.

Excellent evening at the cookery school updating my skills with my Magimix. Learnt lots of new tips and tricks as well as enjoying a delicious supper from the proceeds and meeting some nice new people

I learnt a lot during this cookery demonstration, it was well worth it. Lovely staff, welcoming atmosphere and designed to teach as many “tricks” as possible.

A revelatory and productive presentation and demo. I left with a new understanding of the versatility and scope of the Magimix; parts of it in my set now seen with fresh eyes.
A team professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming (the Montepulciano greeting most congenial) showed us the 'how', neatly rounded off to conclude by simple enjoyment of the dishes prepped. Parfait.

I'm really impressed with the customer service at Divermenti., swift decision making ,excellent communications, resolution all seamless and with out fuss.
It is my opinion some other retailers could benefit from lessons from them, I recieved a first class service and intend to shop with them again.

It was a lovely afternoon but not really much of a hands on baking experience. We watched a Victoria Sponge being prepared and then made 7 scones between 2 people.!!!!This meant that there was just one bowl of dough to prepare which you had to take turns to stir etc. So we had literally 1 or 2 single scones left to bring home as the rest were used as part of our afternoon tea. This was a shame , as I do feel that allowing a bowl for each participant and each making 7 scones would have been so much better and better value for money..
However 3 stars because the venue was lovely, the baker demonstrating was absolutely excellent ( and I did learn some new things) and the staff in the shop were also wonderful.The afternoon tea itself was also lovely as were the people on my course. So for those things I would give 5* but for the ‘baking ‘ as a hands on experience sadly considerably less.
