Our courier attended your address at around 7:55am and required a signature on delivery. As no one was available to receive the parcel, it could not be left unattended. This is standard procedure to ensure parcels are delivered securely to the intended recipient.

Arrived quickly well packaged clean protective paper easy to dispose off. You can just fold and recycle or keep for future use! Unlike some companies that use roughy cut or shredded cardboard which I find annoying messy and much harder to get rid of and some use polyurethane bits that just gets and sticks to everything! Very happy for not spending time to clean and tidy up!
BTW the item I bought was a very delicate glass decanter.

Disappointed as an item I ordered was out of stock
I ordered 2 items and one was out of stock. I don’t understand why an item should be showing as available on line and not be in stock, very disappointing.

Large Pepper Grinder - Small Price
The large, Italian mechanism pepper grinder was a great price and is a quality item. Very good results and a massive improvement on my last grinder. Exactly what I was looking for but, in some cases, several times cheaper than similar grinders. It came well packaged and on time. I would have liked a little more information and communication on delivery but the reply I did receive on my query was courteous and prompt. I would shop there again and I am very, very happy with my purchase.
