Service issues resolved by Ditur
I initially had a disappointing experience with Ditur when buying a Seiko watch. The service in the Aarhus store was minimal, and I was incorrectly told the watch was available in another location, which led to an unnecessary trip.
After posting my review, Ditur’s customer service contacted me to apologize and offered a gift card as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate that they took the feedback seriously and made an effort to resolve the situation.

Piss poor,,bought smart watch for wife…
Piss poor,,bought smart watch for wife ,it burnt her wrist and returned it,,3 weeks later they're saying they've not received it even though the tracking saying they received it 3 weeks ago,,trying to get refund through my payment method but they're not responding to there messages,,

No refund for returned clock
Ordered two clocks.
One was £95 and terrible quality.
One was £43 and nice.
I returned the £95 clock 4 weeks ago. Ive emailed the company 8 times since I returned the clock. Each time being told the clock hasnt reached them yet. My tracking shows it reached them in 2 days.
Still 4 weeks later I have no refund.
I wouldn't risk ordering with them again.
