I ordered Frederique Constant watches…
I ordered Frederique Constant watches along with an adjustment set. The set did not arrive. The watches do not work, and the warranty has not been filled in.
The support team ignored the issue with the watches over the course of 12 emails. I sent photos of the non-working watch with the box it was sent with three times, yet the team was unable to open any of them and kept requesting more.
After 12 emails, I only managed to have the €10 adjustment set resent. The issue with the watches remains completely ignored.
When I directly requested a return, I was sent a link to file a complaint instead.
Highly unprofessional level of service.

Terrible service. Do not trust this company.
Terrible service. I returned a watch a month ago. It is stuck in their London courier hub. They show no interest in refunding and are happy to wait for the courier to investigate even if it takes forever. It's been stuck at the courier's hub for 20 days! Do not trust this company or its return policy. Truly awful. They just don't care. AVOID at all costs.
As you can see from the reply below, Ditur still don’t understand. This review is about how their customer service dealt with the loss of the parcel. We all know parcels get lost, this is not the issue. The problem was being strung along for a month with Ditur refusing to refund until I put reviews online.

Terrible company
Terrible company, take ages to get back you when there is a problem, sent a faulty clock,wanted the old one back which took over a month,they only offered a refund when I said I was going to claim though my bank card

Fake promises and no answer
They claim they pricematch, but when I send a lower price from another respectable store, suddenly that price does not meet the made up criteria they have. I then got a link for the 'lowest' price they can go to in order to somewhat match it, but the price is fixed, and the item is currently cheaper to buy with one of their coupon codes. Emma from Ditur now no longer replies to my mails about this matter. Unfortunate business practics.
Edit: they replied, but not to the fact that it was a respected seller or the fact that they then offered me a price that was in fact higher than the one on the website. Shady business.

Never use this Website again order 2 watch over two week no sign of it !! Give you a tracking number still at Denmark .. got my refund but what a waste of time.. Always better to buy at UK website.
