I originally had a discount code that was given to me as they didn’t have an item in stock anymore that I had purchased. The code I was given wasn’t working but Ebony was super helpful and responsive by giving me a new code that worked!

I am a loyal customer and usually LOVE their clothing however this time was a very different experience.
Do not purchase the FLORA BLACK CONTRAST KNIT MIDI DRESS. It is see-thru and the material is extremely itchy and uncomfortable.
The image on the website shows a thick looking material and explains a medium sheer thickness however the dress is very see-thru and thin.
After paying almost $180NZD for this dress I now have to pay an additional $30 to post back to Australia for a poor quality product. Not happy this time dissh :(

I am from Canada and this is my first time purchasing from the Dissh Australia brand. Initially, I was hesitant to order, but the customer service has been amazing. They promptly and helpfully addressed all my questions. I would definitely recommend this brand and will continue shopping with them.

Dissh is fairly new to me as I’ve only purchased a few items from this company . However, after my recent experience with their customer service, I’m now a loyal customer. Their team went above and beyond to source and replace an out of stock item that I ordered from their website. Which company does that?! Usually you’d get an auto email with a refund from any other big clothing brand. The rep who reached out to me, Tiani, was amazing. Thank you for replacing the item for me because you now have a loyal customer and trust me, I spend way too much money on clothes. Such a small act of kindness can make all the difference.

I accidentally forgot to apply my ‘welcome code’ when checking out. I emailed to see if it could be applied. I received a response quickly, and a refund right away! Really great to deal with a company that responds to you like this, and also has wonderful products!

I purchased Goldie Boat Neck Tank in off white, natural, and black, and the Eva Linen Skort in off white and natural. My gosh they are just divine!! I’ve never been satisfied in the past with shopping online (not with Dissh), quality, size guide, etc. The quality and fit of all the products I purchased from Dissh are 110% worth the price! I’m heading back to now get the skort in black and some other items in different styles!! My new favourite brand 🫶🏼

Does spending more get you a better customer experience? This is in fact the complete opposite with Dissh.
It took 15 business days and multiple chaser emails to get my refund issued, which then will take a further 10 days to reach my bank account. So nearly a month from when I returned my items.
What is most disgusting is I had my order returned to sender only to find Dissh had missed my refund amount by $95 USD apparently attributable to return shipping costs as quoted by the customer services team? Absolutely absurd.
I don’t think I have ever had as poor of a customer experience as this. Dissh, you can do better. Please sort this out, my order number is US309734

As per many other dissatisfied customers I echo that Dissh customer service is almost non existent.They don’t acknowledge specific queries but rather send back useless generic replies. After six emails they finally offered a refund minus AUD20 for return costs Not very likely will purchase from them again.

I purchased a pair of linen pants from them. Sizing is WAY off - huge and unflattering. My tailor would not touch them. Quality is worse than most fast fashion. They charge $10 to ship and $20 to return. Customer service is basically a bot and then a person that responds with NO helpful response. It's ridiculous how many Insta influencers are pushing this company. Save your money, time and energy. There are better options and free shipping in US.

I will start by saying that I love the two dresses that I bought but only after I paid two hundred dollars to have them altered. They maybe true to size for white people, but not for someone who is 165 cm / 5 feet 5 inches and curvy as well. They don't offer petite for short people and therefore their waist to neck length is off - made for someone that is 180 cm / 5 feet 11 inches.
