I was desperate for my wife to be able to see the world premiere of The Greatest Showman at the Bristol Hippodrome, our local theatre. My daughter and I were lucky to be able to go with extended family after other family members were unable to. I was finding it impossible to get tickets via a reselling site, who also charged a substantial percentage fee for them, but finally managed to secure a couple of tickets, a few seats apart, via Disney Tickets. Not only that, but at face value with only a £3.95 total transaction fee! We also managed to sit next to each other for the performance due to being able to swap seats with others, who similarly had seats apart. As expected, my wife absolutely loved it, as did I once again, feeling extremely privileged to be able to see the show twice. Many thanks, Disney Tickets, for making the impossible possible...!

I wanted to leave a review as there are not many reviews out there for ‘Disney Ticket’
I was so worried that this was a scam after I’d purchased the tickets and couldn’t find any review except bad one.
They are totally legit, easy to purchase, tickets arrived 14 days before the event as stated. We had brilliant seats for a great price.
Would definitely recommend and use again

Awful customer service! Am trying to deal with an issue but getting nowhere with them. I am repeatedly asking for somebody to call me but they are just ignoring me. They are replying with emails several days later each time so something that could be discussed in minutes over the phone has now taken weeks and is still not resolved. Basically, once they have your money, they no longer care

Ordered 4 Disney on Ice tickets for Cardiff. Was a bit worried as there was only one review on here at the time and it was bad. Had no issues at all apart from having to go up to desk as I had printed out my tickets like it said. Probably could have just scanned the QR codes on my phone. Great seats. Will definitely use again.

Bought 4 tickets for Disney On Ice, no problems whatsoever.
They are actually one of Disney On Ice’s preferred ticket partners and are a member of STAR - the Society of Ticket Agents & Retailers.

This site does not exist. I was scammed on Friday evening, buying tickets to the value of£178 for two tickets to beauty and the beast at Manchester empire theatre which are not real. Waiting for the bank to action my fraud claim!!!
