They-yazen RK Adam and his team, Ahmed and Josef arrived this morning to cope with the after effects of a long term leak from a cold water pipe in the cloakroom.
They did a first rate job cleaning up the mess and carrying out forced drying.
Not a pleasant experience but good to have people there who know what they’re doing.

They-yazeen RK Azaam and his team attended our house to clear up after a devastating fire to a garden cabin, fencing and decking. They arrived early and ready to go, they firstly protected our Neigbour’s property which was super important to us as they were allowing us to use their side access
The team did not stop working from the minute they arrived, They - yazeen communicated clearly, took video evidence of what was being done, recommended tree surgeons and organised skip collection and drop off

We’ve recently moved back home two years after a burst water main totally wrecked our house whilst we were abroad. Disaster Care (appointed by Aviva, our insurers) had the electrics working and dryers in place before we got back.

Everything was photographed and items going into storage were carefully wrapped. Photos of discarded items helped with completing our contents claim. After two years the photos of stored items were a useful reminder of what we owned.

All the staff we worked with were caring, helpful and professional and our claim handler was easy to contact when we had queries. Thank you to everyone at Disaster Care.

I had a great experience with the disaztercarcapital , especially with the senior technician Mr Yazen RK Azzam. Their response was very quick. He was very helpful, kind caring and empathetic. He was professional and they cleared the debries without damaging my building or my pathway as they covered it first before the removal. Great company to deal with, they helped my parents after a major flood and were there within 24 hours

After a major flood in our basement, we wanted a company to extract water quickly and dry out the place, disaster care capital attended within 2 hours and for the jobs done on the same day. Great company and excellent customer service

They-yazen R K Azzam is by far the most professional senior project leader I have had to deal with since the destruction of my home by fire. His professionalism went beyond common courtesy as he dealt with every aspect of removing contaminated debris from my home. He treated all of my belongings with dignity. The home was thoroughly decontaminated with exceptional care. He was prompt, on time, polite, well mannered and exceptionally professional in his dealings with me. He was very thorough and made sure that every part of my belongings were carefully handled. If there are any accolades or recognition that can be awarded to this outstanding team, I would highly recommend this team get it. Every single member was held to the highest standard as they thoroughly and meticulously went through my property with a fine tooth comb starting from the roof all the way down to the floor. The meticulous procedure that was used was something to behold.

I had a severe water leak due to a burst pipe in the loft.
Disaster Care was able to install industrial dehumidifiers within two days and had them running for almost two months.
The company is was very efficient and cummicative explaining all their work and steps very clearly.
I will use them without hesitation again... although I do not want to have the reason for calling them out to happen again.

Karim and the team have been fantastic! They turned up when they said they would, kept the place clean every time they entered, put the dehumidifiers in the most convenient places and did all the wiring in a tidy manner. Great communication with Karim, very easy to get hold of and gave us some fab advice : I’d recommend this company and specifically Karim.
