Ordered this for dog hair which it picks up good. I had bother getting it work. There was no suction going in I thought maybe a bit was missing anyway after some emails I figured it out the top half of the vacuum was fitted and stuck the wrong way round I eventually got it off turned it round and and it worked so all was good. Pleased with it delivery was excellent

The hoover itself is great as I have bought from yourselves before but unfortunately the hose was damaged so unusable . I emailed last week to inform if this and was promised another hose . Still waiting
