Not great service
Not great service, really only interested in helping large customers. Good rates though?
Edit: their reply is about a client with EUR. Never bought or sold EUR. Kind of makes the point for me.

Well over a dozen emails to client assisting with how to deal, when to deal and making sure he was well informed as to market conditions and insights to enable him to feel comfortable buying USD. A lot of work for small income on our part. Overall client got robust service and a good price on his USD. Not to sure why client is bitter when we look back at the time and effort we spent. Cant please everyone.
