Great value, timely delivery, no duty to pay.
I ordered a pair of Garmont Dragontail trail shoes from the website. They are not easy to find but this company stocked them and at a good price so I ordered.
I knew the size required from previous orders.
The shoes were delivered by FedEx in good time, about 4 days (I forget when exactly).
I wan't in a hurry for them so it was a good service and great value.
No duty to pay on import to UK so all in all a great experience.

I bought a ski jacket online and emailed to ask them to change the delivery date as I was going to be away. They emailed to say they could not change the delivery date and had cancelled my order and I would receive a refund in 2-5 working days. When i still hadn't received a refund after 6 working days, I emailed them again but received no answer. I eventually had to contact PayPal to open a dispute and get a charge back. This company's name is very similar to another company directrunning.co.uk which has a high rating of 4.7 on Trustpilot. The company has inserted a hypen between direct and running for their website which feels like a bit of a scam. They are obviously hoping people would mistake them as the other more reputable company.
