I have a clearance delay that says needs shippers information. I emailed Direct Running, I'm getting no where besides it should start moving soon. My order has sat for four days in a delay. Also, the order was already supposed to arrive according to the websites shipping information. I'm looking for new track spikes.
Update: After being told multiple times that the issue was taken care of and shipping would continue. I talked to FedEx and Direct Running has not supplied them with the information they need to clear the package. FIVE DAYS they have told me they took care of it and I'm still waiting.
Another update: Still waiting for Direct Running to prove information to FedEx for the clearance. I would recommend if you need anything from this company in a timely manner do not order. My shoes have been sitting in the same spot for seven days.

Today I was emailed by Direct Running and told the shipping company can't complete my delivery. I have waited two weeks for this order. After emailing for eight days with a responses of your order is on the way. I was told today a refund will be issued.
Direct Running is a horrible company to deal with if shipping to the US. The customer service is not helpful and just lies to you.
I guess that wasn't the last update. I have been waiting six days for a refund. I have emailed every day to see when I was going to get it. Today I get this response.

A heads-up for anyone ordering outside of Europe: under the drop-down menu for an item of clothing, it says, “French sizes by default”. With a $200 USD order in my basket, I wanted to make sure the mediums I was going to purchase correlated with US sizing. Emails to customer service either went unanswered, were sporadic in reply, and all were monosyllabic in nature. Not exactly a vote of confidence, and the person in question isn’t representing the Direct Running brand in the best light. Hoping my items fit correctly, avoiding the cost and time of returning.
POSTSCRIPT: I did exactly what they said in their reply, and got the EXACT SAME non-answers. HIGHLY recommend avoiding doing business with this company and getting your athletic wear from online retailers who have a modicum of customer service. Thanks, Spacefoot!
