I had the pleasure of ordering a new dining room table and chairs from Dining Rooms Outlet. The price, delivery, communication and ongoing customer service has been superb. Andrian was exceptionally helpful during my initial purchase and he patiently and timely responded to all my questions. He made the purchase very easy.

Jenette later worked with me on some small issues and she was also excellent. She was responsive and very efficient in resolving any and all of my concerns.

This company definitely prioritizes excellent value and exceptional customer service, which is increasingly rare these days. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely look to them for future furniture needs.

Ordered a dining table and chairs 8 months ago and have still not received it. They have changed my delivery date over 6 times now. I'm concerned I'll never receive my item. It's very frustrating waiting this long to receive an item I paid for 8 months ago.

I wish I could rate Sean with more than 5 stars. His never ending patience led me to purchase a dining set that fit my needs and my personal taste. Each phone call with my concerns was met with patience and understanding. I’m am truly grateful for his guidance and knowledge of the subject.
