Purchased product in May 2025, they picked it up as a defective product in September 2025 and I still have not received a refund as promised.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

They advertise products, with shipment and multiple delivery options. You decide what you want for delivery. I chose to deliver to my door. They then said I had to upgrade for $100 due to their delivery system issue. It's a complete scam.

Stay away from ordering online with this company or with Emma Mason. I spoke with Harris, a sales rep, several times throughout the month of January. On 1/9/2024 I was told my Ainsley sideboard was to be delivered to my home in April. 24 hours later (today) when I went to place the final order, another customer service agent said it would be 6 to 8 weeks after April or late May, June. This is a 4 to 5 months wait on a delivery. Also, you have to pay online for authorization when you order, so they have your money for 5 to 6 months before delivery. This company lacks credibility. Stay away. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General office. Very, very disappointed with Harris and this company.

Great customer care from Sean. Best prices on the net. Only 3 weeks delivery on new bedroom set. If you don’t call them first when looking for furniture, then make sure you call them last!

I've been searching high and low for dining room chairs and came across this designer. Emma Mason had the best prices and their associate Sean personally reached out and offered an additional discount, which was greatly appreciated considering we needed 12 chairs. Can't wait to receive my order!

Well, if it's too good to be true......
Got a text message followed by email about my order being cancelled. Spoke to Emma Mason rep and was told the manufacturer discontinued these chairs. I'm not sure how true that was since I was able to place the order with another company for the same chairs, at a higher cost. Super disappointed with Emma Mason!
