I submitted a redemption of 3500 on February 19, 2025. I keep getting the run around on where my money is. Then sometime in early March, I still had maybe 700 I was playing the games with. I woke up the next morning to find that I couldn't sign in because apparently Connecticut residents can no longer use the website. Had I known this, I would have submitted redemption for the remainder I had left on there. They sent ABSOLUTELY NO HEADS UP ABOUT THIS. I called them and the lady told me to be patient. She also told me I was waiting for final approval on my 3500. Here we are on April 25th. OVER 2 MONTHS LATER and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I was hoping after my previous experience in December, things would improve, but I have not received any news at all. This is an excellent way to lose good business. If I don't receive my money soon, I may have to look into filing a class action lawsuit because to have to wait this long with no helpful answers or responses is plain Ridiculous. I have even sent emails requesting to cash out whatever else I had left on my account since I can no longer log in due to being in Connecticut, and they couldn't give me any answers. If anyone is looking for a better website, let me know. I have a decent one that only takes a couple days to get your redemption.

This is truly ridiculous...They wouldn't reply to my inquiry about my pending SC redemption until I wrote a review until I wrote a negative review then they contact me literal next day and asked me to take it down...sketchy much?? now they owe me over 2100 and they shut down sweepstakes operations and are not responding while still shilling gold coins for high prices...stay far away!!!!!

Redemption request submitted on March 21st, 2025 I live in New York and my redemption request was made way before DinDingDing stopped doing business in my state. They even published in social media they will honor redemptions made before April 7th. It has been ,more than a month and NOTHING. No response by email, by phone, by any means. You cannot even access their website. This company has ghosted us NewYorkers even though there is NO law in effect yet only because they want to avoud their responsibility to pay us.

DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!!

This app is a scam. It absolutely promises you real money. They call it."sweepstakes” coins The reason I downloaded it is because a person sitting right next to me one real money in the game in cash out through PayPal right in front of me I saw it with my own eyes. I won money in this app. I have message after message after message telling me that they are processing my payout. They have a high volume of payouts. My payout is coming. Then one day I open the game the app is completely reconfigured. They took the chat option down they took the one 800 Help line down. This is a scam all the way!!!! these people tell you you win money so you feel comfortable spending your own money on it because they’re telling you you have money on the way they told me I had $128 on the way!!!! they are liars and they are thieves

They can pay what is owed to the players who put in redemption before the laws changed and they changed their platform bunch of scammers

I tried to buy sweep coins and it charged me 6 times and then I could not even play and tried to contact customer service and the phone provided doesn't work

I loved the site before they stopped having sweepstakes coins. Now I am trying to delete my account but I can't figure out how...

I have emailed support many times but no response.

I spent $369.38 gambling online at DingDingDing between March 17th - 22nd, On the 17th I won $180.00 and tried to redeem it with no luck. I received an email confirming my winnings but that's as far as that went. DingDingDing proceeded to block from signing in, I called several times and then they blocked my phone number, wrote and told me that on the 17th they changed they rules not allowing people from New York to gamble.

i accidentaly bought a $299.00 package. as we all know you have to play it before it can be redeemable..i did this...finally got it all redemption ready,so i could get it back into my account. i redeemed my SC $340 on March 1st 2025, and have called or sent messages every other day. they have given me numerous excuses right up until the day they changed their system to no longer service ús dollars. I DO,However have Screenshots of all of my stuff. i hope enough of us can get together and file a very large lawsuit against these people who have no regard for people and their hard earned money. atleast mine was hard earned. i have a strong dislike for theives and i do want my compensation as well as these people to be punished for what they have done to not only me but MANY others as well.

March 1st 2025, my husband submitted a redemption for $340 (mind you this was after ding ding ding took $299 from his debit card without him verifying anything). He was told multiple times they were just behind and his redemption was in the final stages of processing and then it would be deposited into his account. He continued to chat every few days with customer support until April 1st when out of the blue he logged in to check the status of his redemption and everything was GONE! He got a notice about SC no longer being allowed. He tried to chat again and was ignored. He sent an email, and got a response that said he would still receive his redemption but it still needed to be processed. They asked to him to call the phone number (not a valid number and never was even 1x he tried to call) to give more details to finalize the redemption. He has emailed back and forth a couple times getting the same run around that his redemption is still being processed and he needs to contact customer service at that number. Apparently ding ding ding likes to rip people off and not pay out on their redemptions. His screenshots are going to come in very handy!

Ding Ding Ding Casino took $5.99 out of my checking account without me confirming anything. I didn’t buy Anything!! I’ve tried to call the number for support and it’s not a working telephone number AND I emailed them and I still have not yet received a response. I wouldn’t recommend this casino. It’s not fun to play anymore either bc now I think it’s just all free play bc I don’t receive a daily reward besides 2 bingo balls and I go to Pet land to feed my pet and no rewards for that either anymore. I would NOT make a purchase for the gold coins that you can’t cash out! I’m so upset over this.

I always had my doubts about DingDingDing, especially with how aggressively they were handing out promotions. Turns out, it was a Ponzi scheme after all. Stay far, far away. A few weeks ago, they cashed out with everyone’s money and have completely gone silent. Absolute POS scammers.

Update on this SCAM

Dingdingding is sending banks back 'evidence' that we paid for their service, but neglecting to say that they stole the SC back from everyone. Thus, my bank is getting confused and is slowly reversing transactions in the merchant's favor.

I filed an FTC.gov complaint and urge everyone to do the same. I will paste my comments below so you have a template for the complaint.

Fact:

-Purchased online Gold Coin (GC) and Sweep Coin (SC) packages
-GC = Worthless
- SC = US Dollar equivalent winnings happen.
-01-April the website displayed a banner saying they were no longer participating in the US and disabled the half of our accounts that could access the SC that were paid for and any additional winnings. From here the vendor:
-Disconnected their phone
-Disconnected their online chat option
-Stopped replying to e-mails.
-Removed transaction / cashout history from our profiles (so we can’t prove we had tried to cashout)
-Refuses any past redemptions
-DingDingDing.com STOLE back what was paid for, but have no problem keeping our money. You can find hundreds of the same story at Trust Pilot. Please ignore their obvious 5-star bots. Scroll through and you’ll see the same story over and over.

- Disputes were started with bank.
-The merchant has banned accounts, presumably in retaliation.
-The merchant provides old information to the bank making it appear they have met their end of the agreement.
-The merchant disabled any way for the consumer to provide proof of missing SC.
-The merchant will not respond to individuals. They only respond to the bank disputes so that they may continue to keep their stolen money.
-We won more than we spent. However, the merchant will honor neither.

This is site is a total scam. They just wiped out everyone’s coins to cash out. Stay away!

It’s been months & they still haven’t PAID ME!!!

My experience with ding ding ding has been a nightmare. I redeem $900 and you guys haven't responded to me or anything. You change your freaking number bunch of bullshit
