I withdraw a $100 & passed all Verifications they said its wad being approved then the next day USA sweepstake coin play for USA players is no more available. Not received any update from Support won't even respond back to me .

Before the new law passed and dingdingding.com was no longer allowed to use real US currency on March 2, 2025 I won over $400. I put in that I wanted to withdraw $400 leaving me $178.00 in my account to play with. A month later when the law was passed banning their play with US currency I had been in contact through both email and phone number and assured numerous times that the $400.00 was definitely going to be deposited into my bank account that was linked to my dingdingding.com account and nothing was ever deposited into my bank account, not the $400.00 I wanted to have redeemed nore a return of my remaining balance of $178.00 or even an exchange for the CS coins that they are using instead of US currency and no actual monetary value. They will not reply to my emails and there is no answer only a recorded message on the 1-800 number. In my opinion, this whole situation could have been handled completely different without upsetting the user if there had only been some actual communication.

On 3/27/25 I received an email saying that my redemption request was submitted for approval. On 4/2/25 I sent an email to Ding Ding Ding to check on the status of my redemption and they sent an email back stating that there was a new law prohibiting use of sweepstakes. Said sweeps play would no longer be offered but gold play would still be available. It also said that pending redemptions would be reviewed in accordance to their terms and conditions. That’s the last I’ve heard from them and have not received anything. I reached out on 4/9/25 and just received a generic email that automatically responds to messages but nothing from them responding to my question. After that I received an promotion email advertising gold coins with free sweeps coins but they aren’t offering sweeps coins when you visit the website. I would like to receive my redemption if possible. Ding Ding Ding needs to do what they say they’re going to do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Ding Ding Ding any longer

Stole money and refuses to answer to emails or phone calls for all customers. If you buy anything from this site you will never see your services provided.

I submitted a prize redemption on March 29th, and despite the advertised 24 hour redemption benefit, I never received the prize. It's been over three weeks now and every email, support request, and phone call I've made has been ignored.

Then, on April 1, 2025, without any notification or any kind of advanced warning, they changed their Terms of Service, removed any mention of their VIP program from their website, removed all chat functionality, and removed everyones earnings.

Their excuse was "changing regulatory laws" - and while yes, four or five states have introduced laws that would have made operating their business illegal, none of those laws had been passed, and their actions don't account for states that don't have those laws or that allow for their business.

I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't lawsuits brought against them and their parent company, or even if a rambunctious Attorney General goes after the ownership.

I won 3 grand before law changed I hot nothing they won't even answer back

Here we are 2 weeks later and they still owe me $800. This site and company are a scam
