Poor communication issues never resolved for long

As you can see from my previous reviews I’ve had on going issues with the company for over a year and still to this date I continue with issues. Things run smoothly for a month or so but then issues start again. In April I email a complaint to ALLY who I was told was my esculations manger due to the on going issues I kept having it’s August now and I’ve never had a formal response from my complaint.

I’ve had issues in past with bill payments keep changing things being added on without consent which they have had to change back. Due to on going issues last year I was agreed a set bill amount that shouldn’t be changing however it has several times. In may 2026 again bill payment changed to £47.99, I attempted to call couldn’t get through so I emailed. I never had a response until near end of June stating a digital package had been added on and if I didn’t want the package my following bill would revert back to £41.99 (which was my agreed bill amount but hadn’t been this amount for a while due to things being added on without consent.)
July came and bill never reverted back to £41.99 it was still £46.18, I attempted to call no answer and emailed no answer.

It’s now August. Normally my monthly direct debit always goes out after 21st of each month however in past I’ve had issues where had to cancel direct debit due to them trying to take early payments with no explanation given. Then have re setup when issues have been resolved, however again it is 11th August and my bank is showing direct debit to go out for tomorrow 12th August for £46.18 no contact to why early direct debit. I am really sick of this company!!!

Stay away from the company!!

Stay away from the company!!
Where do I start, this company is absolutely terrible. Started with cold calling my elderly mother saying they were taking over from BT then not being able to get out of contract. In 18 months gone from £40 to over £80 per month. Customer service terrible. Always take 1-2 hours to get through. Never call you back. Eventually got out on contract after 18months. Ofcom suggested they should have let us out of contract earlier on but ignored them. Now after leaving they are causing problem withBT getting phone number portal over. Terrible from start to finish and now still causing problems. Don’t believe the good reviews on this site. Think they must be staff members.

Don’t bother / unreliable service

Don’t bother ! Quick to sign you up as new customer, very accommodating and professional as a sales team . Once you have become a customer, the service is diabolical. Extremely rude members of management, not very helpful and very patronising. I’m sorry the day I left BT

I would give 0 stars if I could!

I would give 0 stars if I could.

As a small family-run business, our phone line is essential for taking bookings. We spoke to Digital Fibre about their cheaper rates but made it clear that we wanted to compare our existing contract before making any decision. Despite this, our existing supplier was cancelled, and we were switched to Digital Fibre.

We have repeatedly asked them to provide the call recording that they claim proves we agreed to the contract, but they have failed to do so.

We were sent a new Wi-Fi router and phone, neither of which work, leaving our business without a functioning telephone. We were also not made aware of additional charges, including a £15.99 monthly fee and a £250 switching fee before the transfer.

Despite making several formal complaints, the matter remains unresolved and our business continues to suffer because customers cannot get through to us.

After experiencing this ourselves, I can understand why so many other customers have left 1-star reviews. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Digital Fibre. This has been an incredibly stressful and damaging situation for our family business.

I did not speak to Ally as said on the text message. Several months ago I cancelled my DD with DF as they continued to take payments the day before I was paid.
I’m a trained nurse and have been made redundant and I had outstanding payments. DF took without any conversation or any permission 2 separate payments of £94 - I can not apparently do anything about it and just have to put up with this. This is a terrible company and would advise all to stay away from DF. They have also got awful customer service. Some time ago there was a data breach and me included had our email address sent to all other customers. There was not even an acknowledgment of error and absolutely no apology. There are several companies who are much better and cheaper than these. I wish I hadn’t fallen for their promised lower monthly payment. Also my landline has not worked since being with them and yet they still haven’t taken this off and for several months I am still paying for it. In all I am appalled at how DF operate.

Despite many emails

Despite many emails, many attempts to try and communicate, they will not respond, they will not answer the calls, or reply to emails.

We as a business are currently left with no phones, including the business next door, this has now been a total of 8 working days.

For a communications company, this is intolerable

Terrible Service

Since we agreed to switch (approx 9 weeks ago), we have been charged over £300 (supposed to be approx £60 per month) but we are still not up and running. We still have no router despite numerous phone calls and emails. Promises keep being made and then broken. If only they would answer the phone and do what they promise to do

Don’t want to give any stars

I was promised a smooth transition and this hasn’t happened almost 4 weeks with no landline and over a week with no WiFi we are a business and we need the phone for people to make appointments as a business we are losing thousands.

They slammed me after I had told them they hadn’t closed my contract with my old supplier and I was then going to stay with my old supplier as they weren’t helping resolve my problem they then at that stage nearly two weeks after I moved cancelled my contract with talk talk without my consent.

I have rang and rang and rang and can’t get speaking to anyone that can help they keep telling me someone will get in touch and nobody has. I have rang all day today and nobody has picked up, I now wonder how they purposely ignoring my calls.

I’m stuck as no other provider can access my account as they won’t get back to me.

Worst company I have ever come across. Avoid at all cost
