Since international payment methods (Visa/Mastercard) are not readily available in Bangladesh, we help customers by making the payment on their behalf using our payment methods, or by sharing card access to complete their purchase. In such cases, we only charge a service fee for our time, effort, and assistance - we do not profit from the product price itself. In every case, the customer receives the official product - whether purchased directly or with our assistance.
