For several weeks I have had little or no tv reception. I put this down to atmospherics, hot weather etc but the problem didn't go away. I contacted Sky who sent an engineer only to tell me that it was a tree in my neighbours garden that was blocking the signal. Having mentioned the problem to the neighbour he was good enough to cut several branches off the tree. The reception was better but still cut off or went "fuzzy".Again I contacted Sky who sent a second engineer round and I asked him if he could raise the ariel as it was quite low.He didn't want to know and suggested we changed to Sky Stream. In the meanwhile my son-in-law and grandson came around and moved the ariel as high as possible. Job done!!

Could not have been more helpful and patience with me,as this was the 1st time I had to deal and talk to regarding ski. After he gave me a further number to call this time I spoke to a wonderful lady her name was Divya. All I can say both were absolutely amazing gave me a complete rundown of my bills and explained so much information to me. Well pleased.

I think that this is a scam and you've monthly pay for sky is a month not a few days to try and take money out of my account and you just turned me off when I would of paid it on the 6th of Feb

Call handler not able to understand what I was saying, asking for account number multiple times. Website sounds as if it is sky but the call content was very odd compared to previous calls to sky, so terminated call and found a proper sky number where I could speak to someone direct and managed to reduce monthly bill

I have been with sky 26 years, rang up tonight to see if I could get a better deal. The answer was no but you monthly subscription will now be more. What a joke sky are, wouldn't mind if we had all the packages. Most of what we have are repeats you should be ashamed of yourselves. Loyalty my ???? .

Digitaltvsystems in the South West region. Our experience of this company was appalling. We asked them to set up a tv on our shelving and tack in a extended arial cable to a power point.. The first meeting this was agreed. On the second meeting the tv representative came into our home,dumped the cable and brackets on the floor and then wrote an invoice for the call out charges.( We had to get another workman to install our tv and pay him to do it.) When we asked about the high cost of the invoice, the representative shouted at us. We paid in stress and he left.He did not install or do any work which was verbally agreed on our first meeting.We felt cheated,shouted at and left with no work done. When I contacted this company they were obsessed with call out charges and said he wouldn't take our word on this as it was all verbal....?! I have learnt you need to tape,write and get workman to sign agreed work and take photographs to prove what happens & what is said and agreed. Absolutely appalling how can a company go on like this?

Really helpful call centre agent helped me switch my TV and broadband to Sky, got a really good deal, more channels than I thought I would get for the monthly price.

I don't know who these people are but I almost accidentally went to them while on the lookout for a Sky sales person, they have clearly pumped a lot of time and money in to good SEO and getting high on Google when people are looking for a Sky number. After I got through initially I realised I didn't feel comfortable and hung up, then got a pushy call back 3 times. Sky should do something.

They ask for a lot of your personal and security details, DO NOT PROVIDE. When searching for Sky number, this is the first page that comes up, something should happen about this.
Admittedly, Sky contact number is very difficult to find, a real mission. The contact number I found which is legit is 0800 151 2747
