I attempted to generate a video using Sora, but all of my requests were rejected. The system cited 'High Traffic/High Queue' as the reason for the failure. I purchased a subscription specifically to avoid these queues and to ensure video generation would be available even during peak times. This has been a terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience, it worked somewhat for a about a month. I am half way through a project, but since they have offered 'Free' use to everyone, you can't populate any videos, customer service don't respond to messages, I have lost two days work trying to generate a video, the 30 seconds that they have generated are unusable and are such poor quality. It's obvious what is coming, when the 'free' offer is over, you pay to generate videos, then pay again to upscale the quality. Their greedy plan to encourage new paying members is going to be death of their business, as those of us who are already paying customers will leave, enough is enough. Digen is cheap but losing days of work isn't! It has been like this for weeks now, it is miserable, they have let us down badly

Cheap subscription but unusable

Good money for value, only when it works! Is my second month subscribed on Digen.ai. I mostly use Sora 2 and Veo 3.1. Both video generators have some issues, first Veo it used to work fine but then lately when you upload a starting frame it does not act as a starting frame but as a reference mostly. I tried Veo in another subscribed service and is working fine. Now Sora 2: It has many issues, first of all, the videos come in lower quality for some reason, compared when I am using Sora 2 elsewhere, I am guessed they have bought the cheapest API service. Then, there is also the problem with Sora 2 being unable to generate videos because of high queue, don't ask me what it means, that the error I am getting. Especially lately, I have tried to generate about 30 videos and only 3-4 were generated. The customer support is unable to help and sometimes it takes them even days to reply. Despite the economical subscription tier, unfortunately is unusable, so I don't think I will renew my subscription.

Scam Site

This app is a scam do not use it. They claim to offer 'unlimited Sora 2,' but they don't. Once you purchase a plan, there is no way to cancel the subscription, which is a huge red flag. Even after upgrading, I still couldn't create any videos. DO NOT USE THIS APP
UPDATE: You can’t contact them to cancel your subscription plan, and what they claim as unlimited is absolutely a scam, like I said before. They are even using AI to reply to our reviews on Trustpilot. The owner should be arrested.

Problems

Tried to cancel my account many times even through the app which had a delete account option that never works - Digen is now taking payments from a subscription account which I successfully cancelled.

I have blocked them from taking anymore and started a visa dispute which I will stop if there is a satisfactory reply - Just cancel my account please.

Not worth it

Site functions are alright, buggy, but decent. But nothing can excuse charging a subscription you already clicked to cancel because the button on the site doesn't work, while at the same time it shows a message saying "Subscription has already been canceled". Definitely scummy behavior. Currently trying to cancel through e-mail.

HORRENDOUS (Non-Existent) Customer "Support"

Let me begin by saying that this WAS my favourite site until it all ceased to work for me. Everything was functioning wonderfully for the first two months of my UltraMax subscription until three days ago when literally everything stopped working. Countless attempts to contact Support have been useless. No response, no reply. No idea what is happening and no way to even cancel my subscription. They were more than happy to take my money but are not giving me what I purchased. Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer support...in fact, NO Customer Support whatsoever. So sad as it was once a great service

Digen AI ( common problem)

Digen AI is great for Sora 2 and Veo 3, but it has some issues. Often, when I try to create a very simple video, it says the video violates their policies. I don’t know what type of policies they have, and sometimes a very simple video won’t generate. That’s why I’m scared to buy an upgrade plan.

You cannot cancel subscription

Once you sign up, they don't allow you to cancel your subscription. Which is very annoying. Other AI sites allow you to easily cancel. This site seems like a scam site. I’m going to block my card. 😡

EDIT: They responded after putting up this complain and I had to email them to cancel my subscription and now it’s cancelled. I hope they fix the cancel subscription button soon to avoid negative reviews like this

It is not possible to unsubscribe

Once you sign up, they don't allow you to cancel your subscription. They will take your money forever. The cancellation system doesn't work and they don't respond. Be careful, don't open subscriptions or put your credit card.

After my first review, the chat support confirmed that they had proceeded to deactivate my subscription.

Useless Service

I asked for a refund.
Issues:
They claim that they generate videos on 1080p and got 720p (useless)
It changed the prompt to whatever it wanted so no improve here.
The rules to ask for a refund is 7 days, and 5 minutes videos, I am far from that.
I contacted them yesterday regarding these issues, no answer whatsoever.
UPDATE: I've got the refund, there was an issue with my bank, that's why I couldn't find it and it was done in a timely fashion.
Sorry for the confusion.
