Excellent service. Reliable and easy to get in touch with Lynda who arranges a regular cleaner to come and do a domestic weekly clean for us. Whenever we have a problem Lynda has been quick to respond and address the query/concern. She also arranges cover when our regular cleaner is away. I'm a grumpy old man, here in Cornwall. I had been trying to get someone to make my bed and do the housework for at least twelve months after moving into sheltered housing due to a stroke. Everyone was fully booked, but then I luckily came across Diamond. I was very surprised just how friendly thay are. I always have the same lady come, with a smile on her face. She's been coming round now quite a few months, so, thanks Tippy.

I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism from Margy who i spoke to, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s a shame, as I expected better service. I would suggest that they reconsider their staff training and standards before continuing to take on clients.
Payment Request Before Completion: We were taken aback when you requested payment prior to the completion of the job. As a customer, we expect payment to be made once the work has been thoroughly completed and inspected.
Unacceptable Cleaning Standards: After inspecting the property myself, I found that only one room had been vacuumed within the three-hour window. This does not meet the expectations set for the service, and given the time spent, the results were not satisfactory.
Smoking in the Property: Furthermore, I was alarmed to discover that your cleaner was smoking inside the property during the cleaning session. This has unfortunately resulted in a strong lingering smell of smoke throughout the house, which is highly concerning and unacceptable.

The promises sound great. Alas, don't relate into reality. 2 different cleaners in the first 2 months of signing up - reliability of both was poor with last minute cancellations. The communications with the franchisee (Lynda) were limited to a couple of emails and texts with zero apologies and inability to provide a replacement cleaner. Despite being promised great cleaners that they had on their books, the two that were allocated to me had only just signed up with them. Offered a third cleaner and have decided the unreliability makes it not worth trying again. Zero confidence. Since emailing Lynda to advise that we’re not going forward with a third cleaner, I have received no comms back - no apology or offer of a call to discuss. Clearly not worried about retaining customers or providing even basic customer service. I have no idea (bar the insurance) what the franchisee is doing for the money they receive.

Have had 3 cleans from 3 different sets of cleaners. First was good, though we paid for 5 hours and had 4.5 hours of cleaning provided. Had to request repeatedly for resolution to confirm that owing. 2nd two cleans, went down in quality. Clean #2, had to change days, with less than a days notice, this same cleaner then cancelled next week again with less than a days notice. The clean itself was brisk and the en-suite bathroom was barely touched. Clean # 3 as said above was cancelled and then I requested a substitute as the cancellation was given the evening before the cleaning again. #3 clean, en-suite bathroom pointed out needing specific cleaning that was missed last time… still not done and parts missed. Also, an oil based hardwood floor cleaning was used in the kitchen tile making it slippery after. Super confusing what I’m paying Diamond Home for, when after initial arrangement, I’ve been speaking to the cleaners about all of the above. Then, after telling Diamond I was going to look for other cleaners because managing the above was too much, I got no reply but a very passive aggressive invoice email with zero explanation. Sent Saturday at midnight. No communication since. I wouldn’t recommend them… and now wonder what I’m supposed to do with this invoice.
