Highly recommend the Norwich branch. Keith managed to fit us in at short notice. He did an excellent job of cleaning our house on moving out day. He had to follow behind the removal guys as they emptied each room and had to finish at a precise time.

Started off first clean was excellent , then rapidly deteriorated with a little lack of attention to detail, Yesterday was the last ever clean bathroom floor downstairs not touched ,carpet barely hoovered , showers not clean, kitchen work tops sticky . No polish or bleach not used as no smell in the house cleaning clothes still dry glass coffee table not clean , no bleach down toilets, all in all a poor show

Brilliant service. Brian was very approachable and responded promptly to any queries I had. The cleaner Chloe, was magnificent. Incredibly kind and helpful. When I was running late at times she was able to adjust for arrival time too.

I have used East Devon Diamond Homes on two occasions due to the necessity of undergoing an operation.

Sue, the owner of the company, consistently exceeds expectations by attentively listening to your requirements and accommodating your needs to the utmost degree.

Upon arrival of the cleaner, Sue proactively contacts you via phone or email to ensure that I am satisfied with the service provided.

Initially, you have to allow the cleaner some time to familiarise themselves with your home; however, I was encouraged to provide feedback to the cleaner should you have any concerns if they arise, and the cleaner was committed to address my needs as I do have high standards.

My expectations for cleanliness is high, and I appreciate a meticulous clean. Both cleaners have successfully met my requirements, leaving me feeling stress-free and I look forward to seeing the cleaner each week as my home is transformed into a pristine and sparkling environment.

My previous experiences with other companies have been very disappointing and lack genuine concern for their customers satisfaction, my experience with Sue has been exceptional, and goes above and beyond and you do not receive this type of service any where else and I am now committed to using this service in the near future as this brings me peace of mind.

Really recommend the Norwich branch of Diamond Home Support. We had some very stubborn stains on our rental property left by previous tenants that we couldn’t shift. We got Diamond Home Support to do our end of tenancy clean and they did a brilliant job on removing those tough stains.

Myself & my daughter are both disabled & therefore find certain types of housework very difficult so I contacted Diamond cleaning to find someone to come to us once a fortnight to do the things we can't. We had a few conditions especially that the person coming to us must like animals. Diamond cleaning definitely thought this through & have sent us the best ever lady. The process was easy to speak with them and arrange an initial visit, and from there I used their services for 10 months until a relocation. There are numerous reasons why I've given Diamond Home Support a 5 star rating. My first interaction was with Lynda who is just amazing! She's professional, thoughtful to individual circumstance and very very honest (refused to take no for an answer when I said she didn't have to credit me for a week due to last minute circumstances meaning I may miss a weeks clean)! Then of course THE CLEANERS! I can't really call them that as to me my gorgeous lady Sylvia has become like a member of the family. Exceptionally trustworthy, someone who I'm happy to leave in the house when I'm not there, but again just a wonderful caring person. Her husband or son sometimes come with her and they are just as lovely and hard working. Of course you want to hear about the cleaning aspect :-) I'm so so happy with how lovely, clean and fresh my house is after Sylvia has been. We've recently had some building work done, so some of the normal cleaning wasn't necessary, Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure that other bits around the house were done that weren't part of what I would class as her job. I can't honestly say a bad word about any of the other cleaners that have come when Sylvia is on holiday, they are all so attentive to everything they do. Do yourself a favour and get signed up with Lynda and her team, you certainly won't regret it!
