Can't rate them high enough
To date diamond energy have been amazing, bills come in on time,they are transparent.
I feel good knowing my power comes from renewable energy and that my money will be invested in new renewables.
They work with you if you need an extension of the pay date

I like to align my money with industry players that want energy production to be clean.
I have found the Diamond energy staff to be very helpful. They live and work in Australia.
The rates are competitive with a good on time discount.

I have never paid electricity before but have heard bad things about electricity companies. Diamond Energy are brilliant, they were always helpfull, kind and willing to help. I have no problem recommending them, they're fantastic.

How refreshing to speak with any of the Diamond Energy team, they're so friendly and helpful and I love that. Friendly isn't a word I would have used when calling my previous company, nor was it user friendly. I went on the government compare website and Diamond came out on top. Good Rates, Good Service, that calls for a five star rating!

Spoke with a staff member about my solar and negotiated a better rate as a long time loyal customer. Who says loyalty doesn't have it's benifits in 2020.

Service has been very good over the years, however when our inverter blew up and we were no longer putting energy into the grid, Diamond Electricity did not notify us of that fact. A family friend had the same problem and were notified by their supplier and were able to rectify the problem immediately. We unfortunately went a whole quarter before we realised there was a problem.

Too expensive but ethical
Too expensive and lack of communication between departments and transparency. Diamond have since contacted me which I appreciate, however I am still considering going with another provider but do support the ethical priorities that Diamond have
