No product received. Terrible customer service
Ordered £120 of products and none were delivered. Contacted diamondmist.com by email and they replied with a tracking number for Royal Mail. When I contacted Royal Mail, they said the tracking number provided wasn't even a Royal Mail tracking number! When I phoned diamondmist.com, the person on the phone was not professional, refused to even provide me with his name and hung up! I am now in dealings with PayPal to get my money back.

Customer contact us after just 2 days demanding refund check the tracking 2 days later parcels received came abusive on phone to staff cutomer went to paypal were we won both cases as we sent the parcels and royal mail deliverd on time.
Great company to buy from
I have been using Diamond mist for a while now and every order has been dispatched extremely quickly and with no fuss.
During this time I have had a few queries which the team at Diamond Mist have been exceptionally helpful with.
I will continue to use this company for all my e-cig needs.
