SCAM!
Do not order from this company. I placed orders back in December 2024 and no communication even after numerous attempts to reach out tosomeone over the phone and email. Meta should also be cautious of such companies floating their adds on their app.

Absolute joke company

Absolute joke company. I received my order after waiting a very long time. The order was incorrect so I was told I would get a replacement which has never arrived. I waited and I waited and I waited I kept emailing them and replying to their Facebook posts. I received an email to say the replacement will be with me in the next 3-5 days. This was months ago. Still nothing.
Absolute joke. The item I received that was wrong wasn’t even good quality anyway I’d like my money back but obviously they don’t reply to the emails asking for a refund. Jokers!

Fraudulous Operation

Do not trust this Diamofy. I have sent an email in regards to their fraudulous operation on not deliverying my order. Without success, they responded that I explain my issue in more detail. Simply put, " I did not received my irder that I have paid Diamofy to deliver. .

Scam!!!!

Order placed on December 15th from an advert on Facebook, on December the 30th I was emailed to advise that there had been a failed delivery attempt, I can confirm that no delivery was attempted at all, on December 31st I received notification that the order had been delivered. Again I can confirm that no delivery has taken place or no attempt to deliver. This is clearly a scam and I just wish I read the reviews before I placed the order.

Absolutely terrible company AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ordered a necklace for my wife for mothers day, it arrived broken, they said they would ship a new one fast tracked, iam still waiting for this now, customer services are terrible they just keep saying its on its way, its been months, do not buy from this shoddy company, just updating this, its now january and replacement has arrived, it is aswful!!! What is shown on website is not what you recieve, its a shame you cannot post images here as id love to show what you actually recieve compared to image on website, they will also not refund me as they say its fine, seriously avoid these scammers

Scam company

Scam company. Do not order. I placed a personalised order at the beginning of December. They still have not processed the order. No replies to any emails. No sign of order. (Before purchasing it was confirmed I would have recieved the item in plenty of time for christmas. Safe to say I have been ripped off.
This is a scam. Maybe they process one or two orders or their reviews are fake? Bur majority of people will not recieve an order.

I wouldn’t recommend - avoid

I wouldn’t recommend, no confirmation after placing my order and I’ve emailed 3 times and no response, when I put my order number into tracking it says it’s not been shipped or my emails wrong. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order. Not impressed at all!

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Avoid like the plague . Terrible company . They give you a time for when your parcel will arrive . It spent more time vacation in mainland China than being delivered . After waiting too long I said don’t want it so don’t deliver . Then it arrives . I mail again and say don’t want it and collect it’s. After 5 emails being ignored they get back and say “why you not wanting it as it’s not faulty” I explained again I cancelled and it took 3 weeks over the due date and to collect and refund . Back to being ignored again . DONT USE . They don’t care about anything but money .

Necklace

I ordered the necklace on 24th November and shipping should have been 6 days and still not received the item. Sent several emails with no reply. After tracking the item it said it has been trying to deliver but no one in, which is a complete lie as I was in all day on the said date. Just tracked again and saying back at the delivery hub as problem with address, how can this be if they "tried" to deliver a couple of days before?!... don't believe this is a true site and is fake, they clearly take your money and then no commination. I am trying to get a refund but I doubt i will get anywhere with this. Please be careful before purchasing from this site.

Not Received Yet

My order was placed on 29th October. As of today 29th November I still haven't received it. When I placed the order shipping was stated as being up to 14 days.

Edit - Thank you for your reply. You are correct. The necklace was delivered coincidentally on the date I wrote my review and is lovely. It is a shame you promised delivery times and couldn't stick to them As mentioned in other reviews, your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It took you 8 days to reply to one of my emails but you were very quick to entertain a poor review which could have been avoided altogether.

Delayed Order, No Refund, and Poor Communication

I placed an order for a three-layer chain and was informed it would take 4-8 days for delivery. After 8 days, I reached out to the company and was told it would arrive within 3 business days. It has now been two days past the new delivery date, and I still haven’t received my order. I requested a refund, but the company has not responded to my messages. This lack of communication is making me question the legitimacy of the company.
