Had issues with the product i received and issues with their communication systems in getting a reply. Andrew emailed me personally after realising i wasn’t getting replies from the standard communication methods. He was very accommodating and offered me different options of how to resolve the situation. Very happy with the overall outcome of this situation just wish it wasn’t as hard to get to one!

I had an issue with the logo on one pair of shorts I bought some time ago and I texted dfyne on social media. I got in touch with Tony from customer service and I couldn’t have asked for better. Exceptional Customer Service
Order arrived within 5 days to Australia with no concerns in shipping. The product however had flaws in the stitching - loose threads and a missed seam. I reached out via Instagram in relation to the issue and Tony was quick to assist in resolving the matter without any hassles or further inconveniences. I am impressed with Tony’s prompt action and excellent customer service.

I had ordered the signature Dfyne hoodie which I loved! Unfortunately after a couple of wears the stitching opened and left a small hole. I contacted the Dfyne team looking to exchange my hoodie for a new one and the team was so amazing. They always answered my emails within 24 hours and were so validating and attentive to my concerns. I looked at their website and realized the colour I originally wanted in the hoodie was back in stock so I decided to request if they could send the new hoodie in that colour. The Dfyne team responded by sending my order right away and never even asked me to send my original hoodie back even when I offered. Overall the Dfyne team was great and super nice! I spoke with Nash, he’s awesome. Overall I am happy with my experience and will definitely be ordering from this company again!

Customer service is incredible, very kind and caring while recognising their mistakes and taking responsibility! i had an issue with a pair of shorts and immediatley they replied, very kindly asked for pictures of the issue and granted me a giftcard due to the item being out of stock. I now have a lovely blue halterneck on the way!
