I absolutely love the brand an every Dfyne article I own. I had a hole form in the seam of a pair of leggings, and reached out to customer service. Chloe responded the next day, and within two days she shipped a new pair of leggings for me. She was responsive and proactive, and I absolutely loved communicating with her throughout this issue!

Adele was extremely helpful and efficient. She replied very promptly and had my issue sorted in no time.

Absolutely love this brand. I get compliments every gym day on my outfits. I also work at a gym in the Chicagoland area. I have been a devoted loyal customer for about a year and I just love the quality and how their leggings shape my body. Customer service is amazing and if I ever have an issue, they quickly resolve it. I’ve tried every brand and this one is definitely worth the price for the quality, the look, the comfort, and the excellent customer service. If I were more active on social media I’d be a free ambassador:). Never been so confident about a workout brand, it’s hard for girls who lift and grow glutes to feel confident and secure lifting in leggings, the dynamic leggings and shorts are my go to for the high waist and elasticity

Honestly, my recent experience with DFYNE’s customer service has been much better than my experience with other brands lately. DFYNE has shown that good communication, kindness and taking care of customers really do make a difference.

5 stars as always ! ⭐️ I was disappointed when my initial 2 orders had been left outside on my doorstep and then sadly got taken before I arrived home. Despite it not being DFYNEs fault for this delivery, they gave me a full refund for one order, and have sent out a new shipment for the other. DFYNE really cares about its customers, and that is why I am such a loyal fan! A special thanks to Katie who made the whole process so easy, leaving me with no worries. Hi I contacted defyne as I was missing an item from my order . My order was dispatched the same day may I add and came the next day. . They was amazing at getting back to me and sorting out a replacement .

I had a parcel delivered from dfyne with amazon as the courier. They put the parcel on my doorstep which concluded in the parcel going missing. Due to this I had to email customer service to ask how they could help. A lovely man called Alex helped me by looking into it and re sending my order.
